Quite good Nothing much , but someone was playing loud music until 0000am.

price I asked for 2 single beds and got a double mattress on 2 single beds. AC was noisy and cannot control temperature. Soap and shampoo containers were empty. TV did not work, no wifi. Toilet was running.

I wish I could remember his name, but the man working the desk was truly the best. He was so helpful and informative, a pleasure to talk to, and accommodating to our every need.

Nothing ! Except The location is not too bad. Our room was disgusting. This is NOT a 4 star hotel! We immediately went to front desk and asked for a better room but he said this was not possible as they were full. We said we did not want to stay there. He had no solution, and even told her we had a ‘luxury’ room!The bathroom’s shower had mold, hair left on the walls, the stall covered with some orange plastic that was peeling.. we asked for blanket ( there were only bedsheets on the bed) and he brought ont while we went for supper. We searched for another place to move to and found something for the following day ( we had pre-paid for three nights). It was dark and we stayed the first night . When we woke up, we saw everything in daylight : the blanket he brought us had brown stains! The shower full of mold, the AC leaking on the floor , the weird walls covered with a grey cloth, the overall state of the room that needed a major over-haul. And the restaurant was closed- so no breakfast included. We went downstairs and told the front desk man we were leaving and asking for a refund. He spoke to his boss and offered an upgrade , as now it was suddenly available . We said it was too late, he should have told last night! And oh! They were going To give us breakfast at a next door restaurant if we stayed, but not if we left, but they still refused to reimburse us. I showed him all the pictures we took in the room: he didn’t seem to think the state of the room was wrong! He said his boss would get back to me later that day, but he never did. I wrote to this complaint department again next day, and the response was still the same: no refund, except for the city tax if I followed some process ( which I’m still waiting for).

Location is ok Untidy, unfinished. More orange hostel than orange hotel! That’s the feel of it, a really poor hostel

Good, central location Very simple room that felt tired and in need of an update. The room smelt like cigarettes, bathroom was dirty and facilities were run down.

The Location and the receptionist was very kind The rooms were very small, the air conditioning was very old, the TV did not work and was very small at 15". We asked to see the terrace because that's what they publish and was ugly the spa (jacuzzi ) is very ugly, dirty without water.

Great location, staff, and loved the room I stayed with my partner in. The hotel was remote to the metro close by, restaurants, and hot spots. Nothing to complain about. We asked for a kettle which was initially not in our room and the staff were so friendly to even provide it to us during night time.

Nothing but location Everything was out of order, everything was dirty. The hotel is old and I think now one take care about maintenance

Location right next to the Vatican Sorry but dirty dark room with fixtures n fittings all broken . Website never mentioned rooftop and restaraunt closed . Over priced for what it delivers . Avoid .
