Location was great. The entry was confusing to find the property entrance.

Water and location No coffee choice and too much sugar for breakfast, the neighbor's room is too noisy, the room is too cold, the shower is too wet

Excellent location! The host was always available and ready to help with anything we needed, answering all our questions with great care. The room was spotless and very comfortable.

The location was great! Room was spacious. It was advertised as having one king bed and one queen bed. It actually had one queen bed, one sofa bed, and one cot. The mattresses on the sofa bed and cot were very uncomfortable. They might be ok for a child, but not for an adult.

It was like a home away from home. Small bedroom but sufficient for a family of four on vacation. Customer service experience was great, shout out to Saul! The location is 5-star since it was an easy 10-15 minutes walk to the Basilica of St Peter, Vatican Museums, and Castel Sant'Angelo. Other tourist sites were within 20 minutes travel time via public transpo or Uber. Multiple restaurants can be found within a block of Art Atelier Accomodation. We had issues with hot water but this was addressed by management.

Location Not child friendly, no cleaning done or breakfast provided as mentioned in the advert, good stairs to enter the property before we enter a tiny lift area which can only fit one person at a time. They should clarify that in their advertisement as it is not suitable for families with kids.

The overall experience at this hotel was disappointing. There was no change of towels during the stay less than 3 nights. Room cleaning was not fully provided which affected comfort and hygiene. Additionally, a certain day we arrived at the room and there are some guys doing maintenance in the bathroom without previous notice. Improvement in basic services and amenities is necessary for a better guest experience.

Location was great. Strong odor of raw sewage. Dirty, keys Did Not lock room door Do not use whatsapp.

My stay exceeded all expectations—impeccable service and an unforgettable experience.

Everyday the room was cleaned and the breakfast for the next day was brought. It was a cozy room with a big smart tv, the location was also great as it was only 20 minutes from Trevi fountain and near the Vatican city which was very convenient. Also there are bus stops located 4 minutes away from the place. We were a family of 4, and the room was comfortable. The wardrobe doors were squeaky, but it was not important. Also, there was some mould in the bathroom window and overall the bathroom sink could have been cleaner as well.
