Price costs a bit more but it was more reasonable than other places close to Rome for the time is stayed

Raffaella is an awesome host. Her apartment is easy to find, is in a safe neighborhood. The apartment is scrupulously clean and she cleans the room thoroughly everyday. Please don’t let the shared bathroom put you off from booking. In the rare event that the guest bathroom is in use Raffaella tells you to use her personal bathroom. My family of three never had any issues with using the bathroom. Great selection of breakfast items and coffee, Raffaella goes out of the way to ensure you have whatever you need. She's helpful and responsive and makes you feel absolutely comfortable staying at her place. Vatican City is a mere 7 minute walk and there is a nearby Metro if you don’t fancy walking to the Colosseum and you can easily get uber and taxi closeby. There are some nice shopping area, cute coffee shops, great restaurants and bars within walking distance. Nothing is too much trouble for this warm lovely host who also makes the best cappuccino.

Very clean large room, shared bathroom was clean and had good facilities. The host, Rafaela was extremely welcoming and made us feel at home!

Rafaella is an excellent host, she is kind, caring, thoughtful, great conversation, she is interested in always helping and making your stay a great experience. Honestly, this is one of the best places I've ever stayed - more than a B&B, this feels like someone receiving you as a friend at their own place, which makes a great experience. Facilities were also in perfect conditions. Not a single negative comment.

The breakfast was just right with fresh coffee with warm milk and choice of cereal , fruit , yoghurt and juice. Also croissants and toast was on offer. The location was perfect with only a ten minute walk to St.Peters square. The nearest Metro station was about a five minute walk and all types of eateries and grocery shops were even closer. The shuttle bus to the airport was only a five minute walk so the location really is perfect. I must say that this is one of the best accommodations on the booking.com platform that I have stayed at and I have no complaints at all about this property.

I really liked everything about the property. The host was lovely and the property was spotlessly clean. Really perfect! I was nervous about sharing a bathroom. However, there was no problem at all. The bathroom was immaculately clean, large, and modern.

Rafaella is a lovely woman who welcomed me and gave good insight of where to go and how to get there... area is safe and clean The location is near the Vatican City and a castle but There is 30-50 min a walk to the main attractions.

I really enjoyed my stay. Raffaella keeps close attention to detail, makes you feel really at home by trying to constantly meet your needs. The place is very quiet, yet centrally located.

Awesome and lovely place with a great location. Rafaella was a really nice host: so kind and humble; she made me feel like home. It was so good to start the day with a good breakfast and a nice talk. I hopefully come back to Rome and stay at her place again.

The stay with Raffaella was fantastic more than I expected.She stayed up late to welcome me after the plan and bus were late. The location to the Vatican fantastic 10_15 minutes. The facilities were clean and comfortable just like the pictures. Raffaella was very accommodating with her time knowledge and her home. I can't say how wonderful and welcoming Raffaella was. I loved it all no complaints from me. The breakfasts were a great start to the day

The host is very nice and responds quickly to the demands of guests. The bedroom is very clean. The location is close to attractions of vatican city. There is not air conditioning in the room. The weather is too hot in the summer in Italy. You are not allowed to use kitchen to cook.
