The property was very lovely and in a great location. Staff were nice and very helpful!

WiFi was weak in separate building

They didn't have conditioner for hair, so our hair was very dry. The bed was also very hard and uncomfortable.

Rooms were too small. Some of the staff was luke warm or less than friendly. No consistency in service. I did not like the fact that there's no dedicated hangout spot on the premises.

As soon as we walked into the room there was a foul smell I couldn’t figure out if it was the drains or the bathrooms but it was not what we were expecting at all that smell lingered throughout the apartment and just made it unpleasant

Great location close to lots of tourist spots but not overly busy where the hotel is. A great balance. The hotel was advertised as a great spa included, sadly not the reality. It’s really quite run down with not the quality you would expect. Walked in then walked straight back out again. Just a bit weird really. There was a party being held on 7th floor whilst I was there this was really really loud and no thought to guests with people screaming & shouting outside our room around 1am when the party finished. Really disappointing.

Biggest issue was the restaurant was playing extremely loud dance music until 1am on Sunday night. We were on the 6th floor and our ceiling was vibrating. The walls are extremely thin in this hotel and sounds travels a lot. We were getting up early for our flight but were kept up by the music. When I complained to staff they apologized but were aware that this is a regular occurrence but said it normally ends at 12am. The pool area is also not nice at all and bed was really hard.

Lovely hotel, great location, rooms small but modern and clean. Staff very friendly. The spa has lots of children running around not being controlled by their parents. The pool was very cold too.

I love the breakfast, it was delicious! The swimming pool and salt room were impressive. I would like to have a heated rake in the bathroom to be able dry my swimming suit

The location was great to termini station and staff are nice. We could not sleep very well because you can hear everything frfom the hallways as of they are in your room. Beds are extremely uncomfortable. The rooms reek of smoke. The smell is very unpleasnant in the hotel.

The staff—especially the receptionist, Mr. Enrico—were exceptionally friendly and supportive. The location was fantastic, and I will definitely book the same hotel on my next trip to Rome. Nothing to mention

I enjoyed the authentic Rome experience by the culture and downtown setting... The air conditioning didn't work. The eggs, pancakes and roasted potatoes at breakfast were served cold.
