Located directly opposite the Terminal Station, rooms were wonderful for the price of our stay. Security features were excellent! Other party we were traveling with had a suite on the 4th ( top ) floor. Air conditioner could not keep up with the high temperatures outside.

Easy transfer to trains at Roma Termini Basic facilities and amenities

I had an amazing stay! The place was incredibly spacious, yet it still felt warm and homey. The location was ideal—close to everything I needed, making it easy to explore the area. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting.

Hotel maravilhoso em frente ao Termini. Reservado, prático. Preço justo. Perfeito para quem viaja sozinho.
-
I liked the cleanliness of the room, the water pressure, and the comfy bed. The room decor was industrial chic, pretty cool, but slightly prison-like, a little austere. But all the basics were there and were totally fine. Room a little austere and dark.

I just needed a room for one night after flying in to Rome. Previously I'd chosen Hotel Agora for the location and more importantly the 24hr front desk (during a transport strike where I needed some face-to-face assistance). The staff were good and the location remains fantastic if you're heading out of Rome by train. This time I had a renovated room that was very nice - spacious, new bathroom. I was very pleased.

Nicely appointed, friendly staff, comfortable beds. Overall, great location and nice day. Breakfast available for 7 € p/p my cousin.
-
But remember, Termini is closed night time, so if you take very late or very early flight, not so convenient (walk around to the other side, many of airport shuttle are operated the other side of Termini). People get together, talk loud, and scream entire night. Not feel safe after dark.

Great location

Perfect to catch a train time of day. Restaurants close by.
-
The location. For me, it is very convenient to be near the station, Caffè bar, supermercato. The property is right at the train station, and so there are various people from around the world, and nearby sitting outside drinking, and sometimes it noisy at night. It’s just that kind of area. For me, it seemed very safe in any case.

Breakfast was a good value. The location was across from Roma Termini No lobby. No communication from staff who were housed behind a locked door that you had to be buzzed into. Wasn’t instructed on how to operate a/c (has a remote control in the room) had to return to locked glass door to find out how but had to wait 5 minutes for someone to buzz me in to where the “check in DESK was located. Floor was filthy in room. No hot water in shower AT ALL. Worst hotel I have stayed at in Europe.

Clean Na
-
You have to pass through the garbage and recycling area that can be overflowing. And sometimes the clean laundry bags are delivered to the same place. Not sure what the solution is but something to think about.
-
The location is convenient for accessing the city, and the room decor with the brick-patterned walls was an interesting aesthetic choice. The hygiene standards were unacceptable. There was accumulated trash in the public hallways, and the shower area had significant grime and mold. These unsanitary conditions are a major health and safety concern and fell far short of the advertised quality.
-
The position The shower drain was not working. The balcony was full of pigeons feces. The room had only one plug. One light was not working.
-
Close to train station The barroom very dirty!, the shower was clogged all the time
-
Very close to train station! Cute room, very clean! Bed was a little uncomfortable but not the worse!
