Hotel Alpi

First off, this place has AC that blows, we had to turn it up and find the blankets that were in the closet! The staff was very helpful and went above and beyond to answer any questions, give suggestions, and provide service. They held our luggage and took it to our room when it was ready, brought us water to our room when we ordered . The location is great, it’s close to the train station, bus stops, supermarket, and everything else you want to go to. The property is well maintained and very clean. Thanks for a great stay! The tub in the bathroom was high and slippery.

Location good, did not have breakfast room is like a match box , so small we have to walk on bed to pass my partner to get to one side to other The Room size and room location, as you open the window we are literally on the main street with commuters NO preversy and SO BUSY!! could not sleep due to too much of noise on the street from 6am till 3am next day

Nothing

The location provides easy access to and from the Roma Termini train and metro stations as well as multiple nearby bus routes. The room was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked well during very high outdoor temperatures. The staff was extremely friendly and provided great recommendations of local restaurants and landmarks. The hotel was happy to hold our luggage following check-out and our bags were kept safe while we were out. Not all rooms have windows. Rooms were not loud but people from neighboring rooms could be heard moving around and talking.

The breakfast was wonderful and Ali was the most amazing host on the Terrance. We looked forward to seeing him nightly. He is attentive, kind, generous and really made our stay special. Nothing stands out, everything was great!

Great staff. They were so nice. Provided good recommendations for restaurants. The little terrace was great after a long day in the sun.

The location, rooms, and staff were incredible! Super friendly and helpful!! There were some randomly placed stairs that were a bit of a tripping hazard.

I gave them my suitcase to hold and they didn't put it with the rest of the groups suitcases and it got left behind.

Breakfast was wonderful. Help getting a driver from the airport to the hotel was essential and swiftly eexecuted. I can't think of a thing.

Big spacious rooms Location is a little further out

Location was perfect! Convenient for walking to restaurants and shops. Room felt dark with a small window with no view.

The property was clean and in a decent area. The rooms were small and really hot. We had to request a fan because we were told they don’t put the air conditioning on until a certain time of the year which was really odd to me.
