Hotel Bright is a modern property offering excellent services and a relaxing atmosphere, located within Rome’s Grande Raccordo Anulare and easily accessible from the motorway. The area of the hotel was a little strange but not so unsafe. It was 16 klm from the center but we knew that.

The staff was polite and friendly. The room was nice and clean and the toilet clean too. The bed was comfortable. We didn't book a breakfast (I don't remember if there was the option at all) but right next door there is a 24hours open cafe/bar where you can get food and drink at any time of the day or night. The location is not really central, and not really picturesque, but we were attending an event nearby so for us it was perfect. Also a short bus journey will get you to the nearest tube station, and from there you can reach anywhere in Rome, including the city centre. I have no complains, the only minor issue was the shower, it didn't have much pressure, and the water was sometimes going from hot to cold without me touching it, but as I said, this was something minor.

The staff member tried her best, but other than that, there's hardly anything positive to report he stay at Hotel Bright was more than disappointing and absolutely unworthy of a three-star hotel. In addition to the poor location, the following problems also occurred: The cleanliness left much to be desired. The furniture is very outdated. The TV didn't work because there was no remote control. The beds were dirty and uncomfortable. The shower was old, and the showerhead was extremely calcified. Overall, a very disappointing stay. I definitely cannot recommend this hotel.

Comfortable bed, clean and amazing staff and check-in desk. We had a problem with our reservation and she was great with solving the issue. No WiFi in the room for some reason, the room was extremely warm as the air conditioning wasn’t working properly. The walls are a bit thin so you hear your neighbours but it’s not a big problem. It is quite far from the centre and there’s only one bus that you can get to get you to the metro that then will take you to the city. This comes every 20-30mins and not very punctual so if you miss it you might be stuck there for a bit.

nothing -Next door cafe had very loud music all night long inconsiderate to the residents or time at night. I had a very stressful three nights and the hotel's staff did not take action when I complained. -Basic hotel with dirty walls. -Very far from centre. -Very bad wifi. -Booking.com should have made it clear that there is a cafe with loud music 24 hours so I would not book. -I want my money back.

Nice entrance, clean, friendly staff. The bed was very hard and left us with back pain after just one night. The toilet seat cover was detached, the shower door almost fell apart, there was a hole in the towel.
