I really enjoyed my stay there, all of the staff was extremely helpful and nice. The location is walking distance from the train station which made things super convenient. There were also lots of yummy restaurants and bars super close by and open late

Very centralized location 5-10 minutes from the Roma termini station with little restaurants throughout the area and 20ish minute walk to the colosseum and forum! 24/7 front desk service were they hold the key when you leave so one less thing to worry about and they were there every time! A little stuffy but it was also 90+ Fahrenheit everyday

It's a very good and safe location, close to the Termini terminal and metro station. It's a bit old, but it was ok for me, everything worked.

Although the hotel's location, room cleanliness and lighting were very good, the socket was not close to the bed. Breakfast was served by friendly hotel staff. And it was good for the price. Although it is not a very luxurious breakfast, it is manageable, after all, we are in Italy :) The rule of leaving your keys at the reception was in this hotel as in Portugal, it is a very good practice to have a 24/7 reception and not to lose your keys. When the bathroom lights are turned on, the ventilation is automatically turned on. Unfortunately, during my 2-night stay, even though I turned off the bathroom light, the next room did not turn it off and they left the light on until the morning, so the ventilation sound of their room was completely in my room. and I had to put cotton in my ears because of the sound.

Clean room and comfy beds Extremely time consuming check in and handing over keys to the receptionist every time you leave the building is a hassle. AC is barely working, building is not nice and the lift is from the 19th century.

the location is best The breakfast is horrible and the bed is not comfortable and also the single sofa is old and broken. The picture is way different than the actual room itself.
