Friendly staff, lovely interior and great location My room was extremely hot all night. I’m not sure the AC/thermostat was working.
-
Everything, have stayed there multiple times. Wonderful location, walkable to Roma termini, a metro stop close by, a lot of great food around. I was celebrating my birthday and they gave me a wonderful surprise :) The ac was hit or miss but did not deter from the greatness of the hotel.

Room was very warm and air conditioning was not able to handle the extreme heat.

Great location. Just a straight shot down from the train station. Maybe 15 minutes max. Typical room size. Very nice bed and linens. Breakfast was fantastic. Breakfast staff was amazing. Our room had a small bathroom which made for an awkward and potentially unsafe entrance into the shower/bathtub. One has to climb over the high-walled tub only at the rear end of the tub where it's floor is slanted. Then you have to somehow close the glass door around your body while standing in this narrow tub. Very poor design. Surprised someone hasn't fallen.

Location, less than a mile from Roma Termini AC is a little lack luster but it’s doable :)
-
Very close to the Termini, so easy to pick up tours, cabs and all transportation. A beautiful and historic hotel. Friendly, attentive staff and an amazing breakfast. They give you just one key and with the need to insert that key to get power in your room, you must not separate from your roommates at anytime and must depend on them to let you back in. I suspect they do this to keep track of those in the rooms and protect keys from pickpockets, but it took some coordination with others to all come and go together.

Clean and well situated to Termini station. I liked the property.

Great location! Walk from train station! Colosseum is in walking distance!! Great staff. Breakfast worth it. A/C not strong! So hot!!!
-
Central to Rome landmarks with a short walk Our room was facing the afternoon sun and the A/C struggled to keep up, but it was unseasonably hot.

The hotel was lovely. Our suite was spacious, beautifully decorated. Large windows opened to the streets below. The staff was exceptional. Breakfast was typically European. The best Aperol spritz we had anywhere! Close to the train ststion which is why we initally selected it and will stay there again on our next visit!
-
Excellent hotel wonderful breakfast very close to Termini train station very polite front desk staff very clean this was the 3rd time we have stayed at this hotel.

Fast check in, helpful staff, clean and quiet room and good security. Seven-minute walk to Termini (train station. I timed it). In the past the Termini area (central train station) where the hotel is located has had a "sketchy" reputation. That's no longer true. I was there for 4 days and used the metro stations in the Termini every day. Also traveled to and from airport on the Leonardo Express. There were large numbers of police, Army soldiers and private security patrolling the facility. No panhandlers or mentally ill individuals shouting obscenities, no encampments, no one tried to tie a bracelet on my wrist... Though still watch your purses and wallets. One last good thing... A block fm hotel on way to Termini Is Pizzaria del Secolo. Great pizza. Owner must be from Naples his thin crust pizza is so good. Can't think of anything.

This lovely hotel is well located near the main train station of Rome (easy walk with big suitcase), with a great breakfast in a very nice dining room. The room was lovely, with a large bathroom and a little balcony. Very comfortable and pleasant. The staff at reception was particularly friendly. In short, a great place to stay in Rome, especially if needing proximity to the train station. nothing!
