Hotel Caravaggio

The floor where the rooms are located is really nice and updated to a Roman style. The room was very comfortable and great ac. The shower acordeón door was really hard to manage.

Great service, nice room, clean and well cared for. Honey was a fantastic host. Location was perfect for hitting all the main sites on foot.

Basically everything. The bed felt like a concrete slab. The room was the size of a closet, and the bathroom was barely shoulderwidth. The elevator seemed to be in barely working conditioning, and then didn't work when I tried to use it. There was literally nothing positive about this experience. Again, the gentleman working the front desk was nice though. That was truly the only positive.

The hotel is nice. Old style as with many hotels in Florence, but very nice. Very clean. Staff were very friendly. Very well situated, you can walk everywhere. Tram lines close by. There was nothing wrong :)

Very central located Nothing

Mido was one of the friendliest hosts I’ve ever met at a hotel and made us feel right at home. The location is perfect for exploring the city and the room was very charming and comfortable. Very reasonably priced as well, compared to similar hotels in the area. Be sure to go for coffee and some sweet treats at Taliani across the street, perfect way to start your day in Rome!

The location near Repubblica was great. Honey at the front desk wsd fantastic. She helped me with bus routes and restaurant recommendations. She checked in with me to make sure everything was going well. There was only 1 working outlet for me to charge my phone and it was in the bathroom.

A very nice hotel in a central location. It more than met our expectations. Although the rooms are a bit small, they are clean and sufficient for two people. The staff, especially Honey, are very warm and do everything they can to make you happy. I would recommend it.

Great staff that was really kind and accommodated to your needs. They called us a taxi to the airport and helped us whenever we needed it. Location was perfect. Walking distance to many food places, main attractions (trevi fountain, churches, coliseum, etc. ). It was also quiet at night which made it easy to sleep! Restroom has a funky smell maybe due to old piping.

We were very satisfied with our stay at this hotel. The hotel is in a very good location, close to everything we needed. The staff were professional, friendly, and always kind to us. Special thanks to Honey, who helped us many times and answered all our questions with patience and care. She really made our stay more comfortable. We definitely recommend this hotel!

The host was very kind and welcoming, and the check-in and check-out process was extremely easy. The room was small but cozy, clean, and well organized. The bed linens were clean and smelled fresh, and the overall atmosphere felt comfortable and pleasant. The location was excellent, which was one of the main reasons I chose this place The room was quite small for the price, which felt a bit expensive considering the size. The main issue was the bathroom: the shower drain seemed partially clogged, causing water to overflow, so I had to take very quick showers. This made using the bathroom uncomfortable at times.

The staff was fabulous and the elevator was awesome after having to climb stairs with luggage at our other stays! The area was a little farther out than I expected but metro and bus lines were easily accessible!

The hotel manager was the sweetest man ever! He knew we were coming for our stay during our honeymoon trip so he got a bottle of champagne and some flutes he met us with when we arrived at the front desk. It was such a sweet gesture!

Location was good, clean, and comfortable room with modern heat and air. Quiet inner room. Mini fridge was a nice addition. Air fragrance diffuser was noisy

The staff were incredibly attentive, friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The location was perfect, making it very easy to explore the city. Overall, a great experience thanks to the wonderful team and the ideal spot.

The hotel was ok, but in our room the air conditioner for heating was not working. It was a very old air conditioner.

the hotel is close to the center of the city, so you can walk anywhere you would like. the check-in was good, i had all of the information. the only problem that i noticed is the damp air in the hotel rooms.
