During a heat wave the rooms were too hot. Beds were uncomfortable .

They gave us a set of keys and every time we went out we had to leave it at the front desk. My son accidentally asked for the in correct room and got the key for someone else’s room. He opened the door and realized it wasn’t our room. Scary thought. We also didn’t have a hair dryer in our room and they told us people were using the ones they had so we didn’t have the use of a hairdryer.

The hotel was exellent and value for money,near to the metro and in good location too. The breakfast was good and delicious,everything fine.

I liked that it was in a location I had not visited before. It was about a 30 minute walk to the Vatican- but so much to see along the way. (The Supreme Court building, house boats along the Tiber River and being in an architecturally newer (comparatively) neighborhood. The water pressure in the shower was awesome. The front desk people were all super nice! Breakfast was a nice touch. It was nice for a last day and night before heading to the airport. The beds were a bit too firm and the rooms were utilitarian.

The room was okay, sufficiently equiped for a short stay.

Location Staf no ready to help (reception), seems like sliping all the time. We went before checkin Time, with children. At 2pm the room was still not ready, waiting more then 30 minutes.

The staff and services were excwptional and the location was close to the metro and buses. The area is quiet and clean. I will recommend this hotel to friends. The breakfast was also very good.

Breakfast was very disappointing. Not many choices. Hotel needs full remodeling like my second room. BOOKING.COM SHOULD TELL ALL THEIR MEMBERS TO NOT GIVE VACATIONERS THEIR WORST ROOMS BUT IMPRESS THEM SO THEY WILL COME BACK. I TRAVEL A LOT OVERSEAS SO I UNDERSTAND THE BAIT AND SWITCH BUT IT IS SHORT SIGHTED.

The room was nice, clean and comfortable. So I recommend this hotel, for sure. Almost nothing

Great place in a great location. The stuff is friendly and helpful. I like the location, the facilities were great. You can relax in the common area, a various drinks were offered for the pay (decent prices). We were in June, when it was very hot outside. The AC wasn’t working well enough to keep the rooms cool. When we asked the reception about it, they said it’s the central AC and we can’t control it. It was very hard to sleep in the hot room, tiring and exhausting, especially after being all day in the city in the heat. Other guests had the same problem. At least they could have provided fans for the rooms, it could have helped.

The location was great, and the room and bathroom were clean and well maintained. The bed third bed was very uncomfortable to sleep on. There were springs in my back, and I couldn't sleep without putting another blanket over the existing sheets & blanket to sleep. Due to our early leave time, we didn't get to eat breakfast.

The AC unit is old, it doesn’t cool down the room . Because of the nice weather it was ok for us sleep with the windows open

The staff at the reception were friendly and helpful, and were able to provide answers to all of my questions. The hotel was conveniently located next to the Metro station and within walking distance from the Vatican. Breakfast was lovely and plentiful. The rooms are a bit outdated, but everything is clean. There were no kettle or tea/coffee making facilities in the room.
