- Not the cleanest place ever. There were bed bugs. I thought it was dirt dots on the sheets but I accidentally killed one and that was when I realized they're bugs - World's smallest lift. I barely fit in with my luggage if you're a big person you won't be able to fit comfortably and it went out of service during my stay and people had to carry their luggage up but was fixed shortly - Not the most considerate housekeeping. When making my room since it's small they had to move my luggage and stuff to make the bed and they didn't handle it with care they basically tossed it around

The hotel offers excellent value for money. It is conveniently located between Barberini metro station and the Trevi Fountain, making it easy to explore Rome on foot or by public transport. The rooftop bar has a beautiful view across the river towards Castel Sant’Angelo and Vatican City. The room was small but comfortable and had everything needed for a pleasant stay, including air conditioning. The lift is very small, so guests with large luggage may not be able to fit it inside.

The location was perfect. It's located in a safe neighborhood close to Piazza Espagna. There is a supermarket next door. The room was very shabby and needed a renovation. The floors were all scratched. The bathroom unpleasant and moldy. The mattress was so old it had a gap in the center so it was impossible to sleep in the center of the bed. I would not recommend this hotel for more than 1 night.

Location of the hotel is very good, which is very close Spanish Steps. Staff is very helpful, they’re doing their best to help. Elevator is very very small. Room is small. Beds are not comfortable. Some any reason we need to call technic team every day. We faced several issues regarding room facilities.

The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect—just a short walk away from the Spanish Steps and the famous Trevi Fountain, right in the heart of Rome. Also, I must highly praise the receptionist lady (I believe her name is Merva or Mira). She was incredibly professional, helpful, polite, and genuinely tried her best to assist and smooth things over for the guests. She deserves 5 stars. Unfortunately, the hotel manager (an elderly lady) is the complete opposite; she was uncooperative, highly unprofessional, and went out of her way to complicate every single issue. Furthermore, the room listed on Booking.com bears absolutely no resemblance to the reality. The room I stayed in was unacceptable—more like a poorly converted old kitchen or storage utility closet than a hotel room. It was tiny (roughly 2x3 meters) and located right opposite the staircase. The structural and service quality was shocking: 1 Zero Sound Isolation: The adjacent room's bathroom was right behind my bedhead. I could clearly hear every single toilet flush and running water as if it were inside my room. I have fully documented this with video recordings. 2 Unusable Elevator: The lift is absurdly small (0.5x0.5 meters). It cannot fit a single person with a suitcase, forcing me to send my luggage up alone and climb the stairs on foot. 3 Exploitation & Hidden Charges: They refused to provide an iron under a fake "safety policy" just to force guests into using their laundry service for an outrageous €6 per single t-shirt (which takes over a day to return). To make it worse, at check-out, they tried to scam me by charging for the daily water bottles, even though housekeeping initially assured me they were complimentary. 4 Bad Faith Management: When I had to check out early due to urgent personal circumstances, the reception staff initially had no issue. However, the manager refused to honor this, promised me face-to-face to reply to Booking.com within two hours, and then deliberately stalled her reply until the night passed just to make it a "short notice" cancellation so she wouldn't refund my remaining two nights. I highly advise Genius members and all travelers to beware of this property’s management and misleading room pictures.

Breakfast was very good. Staff was very good. The hotel is very small. The room was extremely small and difficult to get around in the room. The "table" in the room is actually a window sill. The elevator is a one-person elevator. The shower is very small and I could barely close the shower door. The carpet in the room was stained. The walls are very thin, I could hear conversations from the next room. I was on the 5th floor and only one way out if there was a fire. No fire escape or other exit.

The Location is nice! Nearby to trevi fountain about 8 mins walk Room are very small! We have 2 carry on and 1 check in bag and cannot even fit! Have a really small cabinet! No iron for clothes provided even upon request. Decent bfast buffet for €10 but dont expect a lot they serve more breads and only boiled eggs. Shower are really small also. The rooms could use a little refurnishing. Change carpets and clean walls. Other than that is great.
