We stayed in Italy for two weeks and this was the worst place. Do not recommend The staff was rude, the towels were disgusting, the bed was so uncomfortable with one thin sheets and the rooms said AC but wouldn’t move past 29 Celsius

Comfortable and a really fantastic location to enjoy time near the Vatican. Very comfortable bedding and perfect shower and closet space. Great stay. Very little we didn’t like- maybe just add conditioner to the shower (but would only be a minor thing)!

Location close to the Vatican where we spent most of our stay. Outside pedestrian friendly strip where no cars are allowed. Good selection of nostalgic evening outdoor dining with Italian music. Difficult to regulate the direction of cold air from air-conditioning away from the bed. Not a major problem as the outdoor smouldering hot weather balanced out.

The location of the Hotel was fantastic, the neighborhood was lovely and perfect for our family to explore the city and surrounding neighborhoods and convenient to the river. nothing it was great

Amazing location. Calm and by the Vatican. You will save yourself a lot of time staying here. The street is closed to traffic so quiet and full of restaurant tables. Fabulous! You can even log into the Vatican WIFI! Great breakfast Unlimited Coffee Staff amazing. Alex is the best manager. He will sort everything for you! Restaurants outside so you can get great food all day and dinners are excellent. I am bringing my family back in the fall Nothing

Location! Close to Vatican City…very walkable. The hotel is located on a side street dotted with restaurants and small shops. Staff was professional and courteous. We requested early check in and they were able to accommodate our request. Breakfast was delicious! No issues. Would definitely stay again.

The property was really close to restaurants so we were able to walk everywhere. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was amazing everyday. The bed was uncomfortable.

It was the perfect location. We had reserved a room with two beds but the second bed was basically a cot. Not really usable for an adult so my sister and I just slept together. I don’t think the quality of the second bed was clear when we made the reservation. We expected each bed to be equal like all the other hotels we stayed at in Italy. This was the only place where the second bed was a cot pretty much on the floor. They still use old style keys and they were annoying to carry around.

Close to the Vatican My bathtub was leaking and reception neither offer to change room nor was flexible regarding anything during a full week of stay.

Conveniently located! Staff and service were exceptional - and was not expecting a private terrace!!! Nice touch The only inconvenience was not enough electrical plugs in the main area- there was no plug by the additional bed
