Great location, close to Metro and Train station, stacks of places to eat on your doorstep. Great location to see the sights. Staff were very polite and respectful and always remembered us and what room we were in, hotel is dated but we expected that, rooms were cleaned daily, we didn’t need it but it was bonus, soap, shampoo & towels supplied. No negatives from me, would have been nice to have a fridge in room and some English speaking TV channels but I was happy to live withought both and managed perfectly fine.

Location being so close to the train station is nice, close to bus stops. For price the value is great, nice clean room, you can’t ask for much more for what €50

An adequate place to stay if you need a place to sleep close to the centre and train station /metro.It is dated and not modern but that is part of its charm. The mattress on the bed could have been softer

very nice owners - very spotless room and bathroom and excellent breakfast. I will definitely make reservations to stay at Hitel Demetria my next trip to Rome?. B.Gaffney (New York) For me It was a very comfortable stay!!

The location was good, and the facilities were generally adequate. I only stayed for one night. So for one night it was a good option. And I liked the manual elevator, which made me feel like I was in a movie, but if I had stayed longer and had to open it for so long every time, I think I would have been annoyed. They said the reception was open 24 hours. But when I came back late at night, the doors were locked. I knocked and they opened it, so in the end it wasn't a big deal, but I was a little shocked))

Great location! close to main train station and sites.

location is good, cant really suggest it. super small rooms for extra budget trip, super loud from any place street even if next door was opening by key.

Very convenient for Termini and Santa Maria Maggiore, large room, good shower pressure. Good price. Could be a very good stay if it was improved. Interesting elevator and stairs. Ineffective noise insulation from street with tram, noise in hallway. Safe broken. Only one (plastic) cup for two guests. Very small towels. WiFi password only available from small notice at reception! Would not stay again.

No welcoming rooms not clean blankets not comfortable

  • Engine customer Feb 2026

Good location Not comfortable; the rooms, bed, closet, toilet, elevator, building itself were very ancient; walls are not insulated, you can hear a lot of guys shouting and banging at midnight, loud doors opening and closing. Keys requested to be returned everytime you leave (they dont have extra??)

Nothing This is without a doubt one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in — and if I could give it zero stars, I would do so without hesitation. The room was in a terrible condition: Dirty, neglected, with an unpleasant smell in the air, and with no bathroom and no toilet in the room at all. Yes — in a hotel — there was neither a private shower nor a private toilet. This is simply unbelievable and completely unacceptable on any level. Even the bed sheets looked like they hadn’t been changed in a long time. The overall feeling was one of complete neglect and a total lack of even the most basic standards that should be obvious in any place calling itself a “hotel.” The facilities (if they can even be called that) are poorly maintained, some don’t work, and others are simply not fit for use. Bottom line: Lack of cleanliness, complete absence of basic necessities such as a private toilet and shower, and a frustrating experience from the moment of arrival until departure. I will never return here and would not recommend this place to anyone — not even if it were free. Save yourself the frustration — there are plenty of better places almost anywhere, at nearly any price.

Great location! Restaurants are right there The beds were like a slab of concrete, and everything is outdated

so much noises in that street, couldn't sleep at night, no AC no WIFI in the room,

  • Engine customer Nov 2025

Location. It was dirty and extremely expensive for what it is.

  • Engine customer Oct 2025

Old furniture, and small bathroom, but it was clean

Nothing. The location is useful being so close to Termini station, so it makes it easier to catch early trains. But the hotel is not properly managed. I cut my foot with a broken glass on the floor. The room smelled like piss. After cutting myself, they wanted me to pay extra for A\C in the room. They are a fraud. The young man at the reception is also unskilled.

  • Engine customer Sep 2025

I think they should change the evening reception shift because it took me 15 minutes to check in and after 1 hour they realized they had taken less money. They called again and said, "Come down." And most importantly, he was very rude and unfriendly. This person took the hotel's eyebrows and I ran away.

Location was good accessible to tourists spots and termini roma, good restaurants are just front of the hotel. No Air conditioning. And bit noissy at night but only if the window is opened.

  • Engine customer May 2025

The front office staff was not really welcoming and even doesn’t look at your face seems they don’t wish to have a guest to comes It’s not well maintained and clean and staffs are not helpful
