Very close to the railway station. we walked the the hotel from the railway station. Even though the hotel was very close from the railway station, there were no clear signs outside. We had to walk around three times passing the place before finding it. It is in a very sketchy area with lots of homeless people lying in the sidewalk, not comfortable to stay and walkaround with family. Our room was on the 1st floor. I couldn't sleep because of loud music and party noise until 2am. Rooms were fairly clean but washrooms cleanliness could be better.

The receptionist on duty when I arrived was very helpful and assisted me as much as possible to be comfortable. In particular getting the air conditioning working well so my room was cool in the intensely hot weather in Rome I did not like the fact of having to climb steps up to the place where you could catch a lift up to the first floor. Mainly because I have difficulties climbing steps.

A million times better than I expected, perfect location for the station, very comfy room, great facilities they had thought of everything, even milk for my English tea❤️. Super clean and the WiFi and air con were perfect. Special mention to all the staff we met, really nice, helpful and friendly. Nothing

It was clean, great central location It did not have a mini fridge a d we wanted to keep our drinks cold, as it was very hot outside.. It also had a very disgusting garbage bin in the bathroom (rusty and old, should be replaced).

Location was good as it was next to the train station with easy access to multiple spots. The staff was extremely rude. The front door bell was improperly labeled and the directions provided were not effective. It took 20 minutes for us to be let in by another hotel. The original lady who checked us in argued with us about it and was extremely rude. The key we were provided also didn't work and when we returned, the person at night did not let us in and once again, we had to be let in by another hotel. We found him in the stairwell on Tik-Tok and proceeded to argue with us. Edit on 6/17 - The hotel is also forgetting to add that they had changed the labeling and instructions after we had mentioned something to them about why it was confusing. Of course once it was re-labeled and fixed, it made sense. This didn't need to be an argument as we were pointing something out to help and were met with rudeness which seems to be a common theme! Instead of taking feedback, the hotel has decided to comment on my English while their grammar speaks for itself. Thank you for proving my point around your staff! A decent room and facilities in location close to major attractions would've been great but has been lowered as a result of their people.
