I love the decor and atmosphere of this hotel. So much so it's the third time I've stayed here. My first visit many years ago was a matter of happenstance. The last two were with intention. A little bit of a hike from train station but an easy and not too pricey taxi ride.

Location Cleanness, dark room in the basement

The staff was very nice and friendly. They offered suggestions that were helpful and were willing to answer all my questions. There was a good choice of food at breakfast. They even prepared a to-go breakfast when we left at 6am for our flight. I loved the location. It was a quiet area but walkable to almost everything.

The entire vibe was amazing. Old heritage mixed with modern amenities. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. We loved our balcony room!

Lovely boutique hotel and exceptionally kind staff. I think this is just my personal issue, but I am terrified of dogs and they had a pretty big one there.

Good location, about 15-20 minute walk from many sites and restaurants. Older property. Older items in room and bathroom.

The staff was very welcoming and accessible. We especially loved seeing Heidi, the furry friend of the desk clerk. The breakfast room is lovely with a nice view and the staff was wonderful.

The bed was awful they don’t have king bed they put 2 single bed next to each other the breakfast was terrible and they don’t have anything not even coffee bar they have also a lots of stairs in entrance and if you have luggage’s you need to take them by yourself The bed sheet also was so itchy we wanted to cancel it but bcz all over near hotel was fully booked we didn’t have the chance But please don’t waste your money and don’t get this hotel They Dosent have coffe bar They Dosent have king bed They’d Dosent have comfortable bed sheet it was itchy They also Dosent have the access card and you must give them the room keys when you wanted to go out and you didn’t have any choices to put don’t bother or don’t come to the rooms So I mean the 1 star also it’s too much for them

Generally ok but besides the great location it is certainly not a 4 stars but more a 3 stars. Breakfast was not good. Everything was pretty stale.

Loved the space for our family and being located in a neighborhood versus tourist trap.

It is a nice hotel with great location, very nice staff. The bed is comfortable and the room is spacious. It is clean and we got good bathroom products.the staff was very helpful and kind The breakfast should have better bakery and a bit more healthy options.the bakery was very bad unfortunately (especially considering that we were in Italy). It would be good to have more veggies and juices and also proper eggs(not from powder)The hotel was not renovated for a while but it is still very clean but I guess a renovation will be needed in a few years .

Beautiful room with amazing balcony. Fabulous included breakfast on the rooftop terrace. Huge spread with vintage china, gorgeous plants, and fun staff. The lobby and guest terrace were stunning. Friendly staff & the owners dog “Heidi” greeted us each day. 24 hour reception. We were surprised to enjoy watching lots of green parrots in the surrounding trees from our balcony. Very nice part of Rome (Prati) with art neuvo flair. Our only issue was the safe in the room. It had issued, but they fixed it for us.
