HOTEL FORI IMPERIALI

Great location, it’s very close to the metro station, Colosseo, the forum, etc. it’s also close to local living area. The room I lived has very limited storage, either the living space or the bathroom. There is no space to place the toiletries near the wash sink. A towel hook is next to a bidet. Although a continental breakfast is included, I am not sure if they got refilled. We had two breakfast there. I didn’t see they refilled the croissant box, even though the box is empty while new groups of people came to have breakfast. Not sure whether this is because the hotel is short of staff. During my second breakfast, there is one person who has to clean up tables, make coffee per-request, pass silverware to guests and work in the kitchen.

The morning front desk lady was absolutely wonderful. She was a great start to the day. Air conditioning wasn’t as cold as we are used to. We had the room on the 4th floor with the king and the other room with the single. My daughter got hot in the room with the single bed. Seems like the AC didn’t go in that room. Wash clothes would be nice.

AMAZING location. Staff is so kind. Genuinely the best for the price you cannot beat it. Especially good for female sole travelers.

All the staff gave us a warm welcome, and the explanation provided at check-in was particularly helpful. I had a very comfortable stay! The room was well-equipped with everything I needed, and the hotel's location was excellent.

Excellent attention from the staff, nice and clean place, good breakfast. Overall was fine.

I liked its proximity to the major thoroughfares, but it was set back enough that it was pretty quiet. Also, during the crazy heat dome the AC worked really well. The staff was great. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating every time I asked a question.

Excellent location. Very comfortable. Had to use a fan as AC couldn’t be set to temp that was comfortable for me. But staff did get me the fan and that helped!

The location is perfect, the rooms are new and clean, the staff was so lovely. The elevator was incredibly slow, the bars were closed.

The staff was wonderful! Rosa really took care of us. The breakfast was delicious. Had troubles with the A/C in our unit. They never got it to work during our stay. But Rosa took care of us.

Location is perfect for wandering around ancient Rome sites and the Mondi District. staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They arranged a car to pick us up at the airport and a car to take us to the train station. The breakfast was unexpectedly a full meal and offered lots of choices.. And the free experiences of walking tours they offer all day long are a great value we did one and I wish we had enough time to do more. It’s good to be prepared for the fact that the standard rooms are quite tiny but if you’re only there for a few days, you aren’t gonna be in your room much anyway and we made it work just fine. The bed was very comfortable and all the furnishings are in excellent condition.
