Is really in the middle of all the restaurants. Close from most of the tourist areas, and super close to the train station. It is good for a short stay. The bathroom was absolutely tiny, the shower specifically, I am skinny, and I can't fit on it. Also, the hotel doesn't have washer and dryer area.

Proximity to train and bus stations A little out dated

Close to train station Aircon didn’t work well. Couldn’t change the temperature on the remote. Went end of July (peak summer) and it was cooler outside than it was inside my room. Front desk staff was sleeping on couch in foyer

Location I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The building is extremely old, worn out, and poorly maintained. The rooms are outdated, and there are almost no services provided. Even a complimentary bottle of water was not available in the room, which is a basic amenity in most hotels. I asked for an iron, and instead of allowing me to keep it for a while, the staff member handed it to me and immediately told me to return it as soon as I finished using it. It felt very unwelcoming. The breakfast was another huge disappointment. It was advertised as breakfast, but it consisted of only a croissant, some fruit salad, bread, and butter. It was far below what anyone would reasonably expect. The biggest issue, however, was the attitude of most of the staff. They were rude, disrespectful, and treated hotel guests as if they were a burden rather than paying customers. The only exception was Ahmed, who was polite, respectful, and genuinely helpful. He was the only staff member who made a positive impression. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel. It is overpriced for what it offers, the facilities are outdated, the service is poor, and the staff's attitude made the experience even worse.

Location, location, location! The room was better than expected at the budget. Breakfast was nice. Staff were all helpful and pleasant. Agreeing with others - bathroom was compact.

The hotel provided a good comfortable stay. The room was tidy and clean. The reception staff were pleasant & helpful. The location is brilliant as so close to Termini. Other hotels part of the same building but it is what it is
