Hotel King

Breakfast was very good & the location was great. The shower is very dangerous. The tile floor becomes very slick when wet &/or soapy. There are no grab bars to steady oneself. If I am to hang up towels to conserve laundry, there needs to be towel bars somewhere in the bathroom.

Location was great. Elevator small which is normal in Europe. Breakfast was good for 10 euro. Staff was helpful. Clean rooms. It was a hustle trying together into the second building.

Excellent service, location, and cozy. The room was not too appealing.

Water faucets worked with good pressure, towels were clean white, safe was easy to work with, lighting conveniently located, air conditioner worked. Staff was helpful. The path to my room from the lobby lead through a long labyrinth with series of steps with my luggage, which is inconvenient. Two bottles with drinking water in refrigerator were present only on the first day and never replenished. The same with black tee bags.

Excellent location and close to the Spanish steps and Trevi fountain, and many restaurants. Excellent air conditioning for walking all over Rome and refreshing to return to our room on hot summer days. Excellent water pressure in the shower. Exceptional friendly staff at the front desk 24 hours a day. nothing, it was perfect

Pillows were so flat it was like sleeping with nothing

Location is excellent. Close to the Metro and several sights. Long walk up and down stairs and two elevators to get to room. No coffee available in room. Smallest soap bar I haver ever seen.

I like the location

Location, location, location! Loved the neighborhood. Many restaurants & walking distance to sites. Super friendly & helpful staff. Shower floor was slippery. No shelf in the shower to hold soap/shampoo. As a senior citizen I had to continually bend down to pick up the soap.

It was a perfect stay, and I will return.

Nice staff, great location, clean, loved the balcony with sun. Did not look like the pictures. No working airconditioning, bed was not comfortable, very noisy - thin walls and single glazed windows so lot of sound from the street (we had a loud neighbor that ruined our night sleep until 03:00). Breakfast was OK

​Great hotel, everything was excellent. Perfect central location, very walkable, and close to the metro. Rooms were cleaned every day and kept very tidy. The breakfast was rich and tasty. Friendly and professional staff. A huge thank you to Alex at reception for being so helpful and welcoming!

This is my 4th or 5th time staying here. I love the hotel and adore the location. We even have a favorite room! In the past our rate included breakfast, which was great even though we only drink coffee or tea. This time we had to pay the full rate if we wanted to have coffee from the hotel.

Only one elevator and there are many rooms

Good location Barely clean. One day without clean towels (even though two other nights we didn’t sleep there and were payed for. The top of the furnitures havent been clean in months (I say that confidently). Wifi on the slowest poorest side.

The location was perfect. It was about a 5-minute walk from Metro Barberini, which made getting around the city very easy. It was also only about a 5-minute walk to the top viewpoint of the Spanish Steps and around a 10-minute walk to the Trevi Fountain. The location felt very central and convenient for exploring Rome on foot. The facilities were quite limited. There was no iron, no kettle to boil water, and no coffee machine in the room. Overall, the room lacked basic amenities that are usually expected during a stay.
