Very close to Vatican and other sightseeings. Clean room, good service. There is always room for improvements ?

The room was in a great location, it was clean, although smaller than we expected, the shower was very tiny. But when in Rome you spend very little time in the room so it was great overall. We did have a little issue with being prepared on how to get in the hotel, definitely mostly my fault, but maybe the staff could communicate through email instead of booking.com in the future. They were very attentive and understanding of my mix-up though. They were very kind and let us keep our bags on site during our vatican tour even though we were checked out already!

very friendly , they allow us to stay longer and do late check out. bed is good, shower is good. location is very good. i will be back

The location is fantastic, I couldn't have hoped for a better option. For the money they charge, it's really really nice and I'd definitely come back

The room ventilation was poor, maybe because of the air conditioning, idk. The coffee machine should be changed.

The neighbourhood and the rooms Overpriced

It was very central and very close to the places we wanted to visit ? That we were able to communicate via WhatsApp was excellent And by check out the gentleman offered to call the taxi was amazing, and the taxi came right away ? There was nothing to dislike

The room was very clean and comfortable and affordable and the location was very good and the proprietor was very helpful with any information that I requested Could have been more information left in the room about places to eat and things to see wow in Rome

Location is awesome!! Walking distance to many local restaurants & the Vatican area. The place has a small elevator and the rooms have been nicely remodeled. Lot of brightness and quiet area.

I loved the location and the entire experience. I felt very safe a solo traveler. I will be staying here again in the future.

Comfortable. Good communication with owner. The pictures were nicer looking than the actual property. I find this to be a problem with booking.com. The pictures are nicer, so it’s a little bit of a let down when we arrive. So it’s deceiving. Im going to avoid booking.com now. I have experienced this on several occasions. Also the property was much further to Catican city than expected. I Woukd book something Closer.

The location of the accommodation is very good, it's right near the Vatican and you can get where you need pretty fast. The SIT bus to get to and from the airport is close. The room was spacious enough and had everything necessary for a couple of days. The room was not very clean, and some things were broken in the bathroom as well. Communication with the staff is also not the easiest, they don't speak much english and we had to wait about 30 minutes in front of the building until someone helped us check in.

Location is great! Very difficult to get check in instructions, in fact we were just lucky to meet someone who works there in the street in front of the building. Rooms are quite outdated..

The location was just outside the city! Great for not being surrounded by all the crowds. Safe environment and beautiful walk each day! Perfect walk to the metro station, perfect walk to the Spanish steps, definitely farther to colosseum but metro was great for that! N/A

The room was very small. Below standard for comfort & amenities. If I was a 20 something backpacking through Italy maybe this would have been acceptable. The description of the property was very misleading and I would never recommend this property. Bed was very uncomfortable. Water was leaking from coffee pot. Room was very small. Shower had mold in the corners

Close to nice attractions Well … paper thin wall and lots of noises. Maybe more for younger people because other occupent did not respect the night time and made a lot of noise until 4 am. Should be more advertise as an hostel
