Hotel Madison

It was very close to Rome Termini, and it was great for the value you pay. They even had luggage stowage in the hotel and I was able to keep my luggage before the check-in and after the check-out. It was abit old but overall it has great amenities.

Overall, the hotel was good. Its location is excellent, close to everything, including the metro, buses, and taxis. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was good, but it never changed—the same selection was served every day. Overall, it's a good hotel for a 3-star property. The room cleaning was also below expectations. The floor was never cleaned, and the bed sheets were not changed during our stay. The staff only made the bed, emptied the trash, and provided fresh towels. The “double bed” was actually two single beds pushed together instead of one large bed.

Great location right next to Termini. Spacious and quiet room. The breakfast was okay. The bathroom was so narrow that there was barely space to use the toilet.

It had a great location. Typical, air conditioning was ample for staff while guests were left to suffer (the Italian way it seems). Advertising air conditioning and leaving a guest with 30c room to sleep in while common areas and staff areas are 20c. Bravo, Booking.com great that you never validate claims.

Great location Facilities very average burn for the price

Close to the train station It was so unbelievably hot in our room all night the a/c was useless. The power went out the day we left leaving the room even more unbearable and seemed like the staff didn’t care

Breakfast was very good and the room was clean and nice decorated.

I stay here all the time because it’s really good location when I just wanna stay close to the train station in steel be comfortable and safe!

Being right across from the train station, we chose this hotel because of it's proximity to the train station and that it had a 24 hour front desk staff. It was fine for 1 quick night before we caught a train for the airport. They did hold our bags for us while we walked around but didn't seem too concerned about confirming bag tags once we gathered our belongings which made me nervous about how easily it would have been for someone else to collect the wrong bags. The hallways were very maze like, not well marked to find lift and overall dark and old inside the room.
