The locations was great, it was clean and comfortable, the check in and out were very easy. The host is very nice and Ida the waiteress is a sweetheart. I would stay again

The location was acceptable. The room was adequate. The bathroom presented issues. There was mold in the corner of the shower, and no bath or hand soaps or bath gels were provided for guests to shower or wash their hands.

It was pretty close to the main historic attractions such as the Colosseum and the forum. And it wasn't far from those to the Pantheon or Trevi Fountain. In addition, to being very close to the train station. Excellent location. Especially for a single traveler. I liked the size of the room. There was plenty of room for the large bed. There was a coffee pod maker for espresso in the morning and water replaced daily. There was a electric kettle for hot water and tea. Since I had a very active trip I really appreciated these touches. The room was made up daily. The bathroom was good as well. I am a much larger guy so the additional room was much appreciated. It was clean.

Perfect location for Rome. Close to the train station, wonderful sites around and easy access to other transit. Italians stay up late and a local bar close to the place is loud into the early morning. They put ear plugs on the nightstand next to the bed for a reason!

Location was perfect, room was clean. There are so many fancy bars and restaurants around the hotel. Strongly recommended.

We stayed in this rustic self service hotel, check in was fine using the videos sent . Large clean room tea making facilities and powerful shower .Well placed for dining and 10 mins easy walk to the Colosseum . Would stay again . Only staff seem was the cleaner who was very friendly For one night stop over in Rome all was fine

Clean, comfortable and affordable. Really appreciated the in room mini fridge Unbelievably loud plumbing noises ( possibly water rushing through pipes whenever someone flushed a toilet nearby).

Hotel is a great location near the Roma Termani Train Station. The rooms are clean and adequate. The rooms are near some loud bars and restaurants which go into the early morning hours. There are ear plugs in the room because you need them.

The shower is very small, but it works well.

Hotel was minutes from the train station. A short walk to the Colosseum and surrounding attractions

The building a little older, the rooms are not completely new, but everything is well maintained. All was fine.

Very convenient to walking to sights like the colosseum, the Fountaine Trevie and the train station! The cafes outside got a little loud at night but nothing bad, just happy people enjoying life!

the room was clean and small yet adequate. the location was good and easy walk to restaurants and cafes and local trasportation. explicit instructions were provided to access the hotel and room/ wouldnt exactly call this a hotel-more like a hallway in an older building. there were a number of procedural steps required to gain entrance into the room itself.

Location, clean Totem check in a nightmare!!! Will never stay at a place that will not take credit card unless you give 48 hour notice and want to charge for use of same!

It was within walking distance of Roma Termini and all major attractions. There were 49 steps up to our room. Carrying luggage for what was in all a 2 1/2 weeks made it very difficult for a 76-year old couple. Definitely not the place for someone with mobility issues.

It has a great location, just a 10-minute walk from the Colosseum. The room was very clean and comfortable. The Wi-Fi was excellent, and the bathroom was in perfect condition. I highly recommend it!
