Attentive and helpful staff; the room had adequate space and a good furniture layout, including my son's bed. We didn't feel cramped in the room. Everything looked good and clean, but the shower drain needed cleaning on the first day (the water simply wouldn't drain)- though they were quick to resolve it. Breakfast was good, but the coffee itself could have been better.

Staff is amazing! Very polite and helpful. Location is the best. Good value for your money. Simple but good breakfast. Second time we stayed at this hotel, but this time the beds were not very comfortable and air-conditioning could be a bit colder for very hot days.

Location to Termini station, Colosseum, hop on hop off stop (which was closed). Uncomfortable beds, spotty wifi, no bar service in lounge, disappointing breakfast service. Had to change rooms due to broken shower.

The location is great, and the hotel suits its purpose. The air conditioning is a huge plus! The beds are more like cots than actual beds, and the rooms are tiny.

Great location! Short walk from Termini Station. Interesting neighborhood. Mattresses were a bit old; breakfast selections were a bit limited.
