Lovely staff very friendly and knowledgeableabout where to visit and when, excellent room nice and clean and comfortable. Superb location. Although breakfast was good it could have had a little more variation from day to day.

The property is in a very lovely neighborhood and close to termini station. The staff is very nice and attentive The air conditioning was not enough to get by. It was extremely hot outside and I understand this is not the property’s fault, however the room was never cool enough no matter how low we set the AC unit. We had to blast our faces with our little portable fans all night and at all moments that we were in the room just to stop sweating, not even to get fresh. The elevator is old (fine, I get that the building is antique) and is very difficult to fit with your luggage. It is a little over 2 feet of width. The beds were not very comfortable.

Pietro was amazing.. He told us everything we needed to know to make our experience incredible!! We got nice souvenirs from his property and a delicious wine too!!!

Great location, clean and spacious room, friendly hosts and good breakfast. There could be more breakfast options, and the AC in the room was ok but not great.

The host was absolutely amazing. Pietro went out of his way to assist us. We needed medical care upon arrival and he personally drove us to two hospitals. He has been extremely helpful with all our requests. Sara who works there is also lovely and helped us arrange taxis. The location is great, easy walk to attractions and Monti itself has a lovely village feel with plenty of restaurants, cafes etc. Nothing.

As already mentioned by others the distance to colosseum and forum romanum is really great. Also walking into the "old town" takes only around 20-25 min. The staff is very friendly and helpful, giving us very good recommendations (we would have missed not seeing caracalla thermals). Check in could be easier e.g. using a codr box or something similar so no one is depending on esch others timings. But Pietro was very friendly and the exchange until check in was very good.

The individual espresso prepared, with multiple servings. The yogurt was appreciated. The bed was great. The hostess gave me great advice on leather shopping! The sweet croissants and sweet cookies. Would prefer cheese, plain croissants

We enjoyed the location... This was key. We where in walking distance to the coliseum. And everything near it. So important to be able to walk to all important places. We also experienced the bus and metro. Excellent experience. Clean but crowded subways. Bus took is everywhere. The suite qw stayed in was perfect . Breakfast made for us every morning. Bedroom was perfect. Bathroom was very nice. Lots of hot water. They did a great job.. Being 60 and having problems walking . It was definitely an experience. Everywhere you went I'd advise a good pair of walking sneakers There wasn't enough time to see everything.. you need at least a week just for the Vatican. Plan everything and go.. best thing to do.

Sarah was lovely and helpful. Room was clean and comfy bed. Continental breakfast was included and served in a bright kitchen. Cappuccino freshly made. Excellent location and close to metro and post office
