It was clean and tidy! The AC could have been colder

The rooms are nice and clean and I love the garden. The staff is amazing and so kind and helpful. They really made the stay so nice. Honestly nothing. I enjoyed everything.

Location, staff and room was clean

THe location is great, just a 5/10 min walk from the colloseum and the roman forum. Plenty of little shops/eats nearby. The garden was really nice and the staff really helpfull. Our room and bathroom was really nice and clean. Even though there seemed to be a unit, there was so airconditioning, it was 36C outside and our room got sun the entire day, they told us the ac was broken. It was really warm but with the windows open at night it was okay since we were away all way anyways, but this was an inconvience

The breakfast should be worthy more .

The service was very nice and staff was hospitable, good location (close to the train station and Colosseum). The bed is really comfortable to sleep after long walks around the city ????

We had a problem with the toilet and it was very difficult to get the staff to help out with that. The AC wasn’t working so well, but it was ok.

Air conditioner in the rooms but not control. It was off the first day of my stay and the heat was unbearable. The second day was on so it was better. The lockers in the rooms are big I was expecting a kitchen that you can use but the fridge wasn't working properly so the food gets spoiled, there is no cutlery whatsoever so you have nothing where you can eat and the few pans to cook were so old that use them (although pointless because of the lack of cutlery) was impossible. Also the key to the rooms was not working and when commenting to the staff instead of giving another one there was one of them that just complained when I asked for help

The location is convenient ?

Super nice staff. It's also nice that they try to match people of same sex in the shared room. View from balcony is nice! The kitchen is really a mess. Other than there is no cutlery (spoon, knife, fork, which is understandable, you need to prepare your own), the fridge is crazy hellish of spoilt food. Not all but I found a leftover sausage with one side that is filled with worms. It's very visual. I hope the staff took more time to actually do as the sign says: Throw things out if there is no clear name or date on it. Also leave marker there so people can write on them as well.

Decent location and a really good price for Rome. The top bunks are really exposed. The beds could definitely use curtains

The rooms get hot, and the place doesn't provide even basic nessecities (soap, towel, blanket).

Close to termini Not clean, stinky linens (smells like it was used by 5 people without washing them), unfriendly staff, small room, no wifi in the room.

Very bad people who is working reception and after a reach there many times I call nobody answer what the hell .

Door is very noisy when you open or close

Good location but Wi-Fi is not Good

Location fantastic! 10-minute walk from main train station and metros, many nice restaurants and sights but not overly touristy. Nice garden, great Wi-Fi, friendly and helpful staff. Nice kitchen for longer stays. My room was fine, with just three beds. But the beds were open, stand-alone singles with no privacy. The room could have fit two bunkbeds and thus there would be more floor space, like for a chair and small table. I have been in 100 hostels, and the best have bunks with a simple draw curtain for a sense of privacy for those who want to nap after a ten-hour flight. And each bunk has its own reading light for those of us who like to read late at night without bothering others with our lights. This is pet peeve of mine, but the hostel could bed 4 people in the same room and much more comfortably. Everything else was great!
