WiFi was good, hotel is clean, location is ok, old Italian flare had elevator for luggage. Front dest personnel spoke very good English and were super nice and helpful. Quite dated, walking to the third floor was rough small bathroom

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the service during my stay at your hotel. I believe the staff should be more welcoming and responsible toward the guests. Unfortunately my experience was disappointing. In the morning i was unable to even have a simple coffee. When i asked one i was informed that i had to pay 10€ for the breakfast i clearly explained that i only wanted a coffee but the response i received was that this is the hotel policy. Personally i work in the hotel industry and from my professional experience guest should always be offered basic hospitality and service . Rigidly adhering to policies without flexibility or consideration does not reflect good customer service. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and improve the approach of your staff to ensure a better experience for future guests.

We liked the efficient and self controlled ac, elevator, the entrance door, the historical vibe, storage facilities, the street, location, hotel furniture, plants, and the gorgeous room key small bathroom

Especially the location. Reception people were kind and helpful. On one occasion we tried hotel's breakfast, and unfortunately it was not good. Also was charged two meals although only my daughter had the breakfast.

Nice staff, very welcoming. The location for me is ok - 15 minutes away from Termini although a bit further away from the central sites which I personally like; there are a lot of restaurants and shops nearby which is perfect.

The stuff was helpful , the location good, the place clean, the street nice. The room was small for us, it had only 1 chair (we were 4). The elevator's too small as well - not so comfortable to get to the room with the suitcases.
