Parking and location from roma Ippodrome I specifically booked a room with a balcony. When we arrived they said that we couldnt take the room with the balcony which was very disappointing. Still we had to pay the full price?

The room was clean & tidy, the wifi was fast & the 2 members of staff we dealt with were absolutely excellent. Location wasn't great

I mean it was decent. Of course nothing too fancy, not renovared, but at least it was clean. Ok for 1-2nights The room smelled of cigarettes. We opened the window and then it was fine

The room was clean, although a little dated. The towels were very nice, The staff at reception were helpful, recommending somewhere to eat & ordering taxis The bed was a little hard for my liking. The location was a little odd, it felt like it was in the middle of an industrial estate.

Very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful Property not located in a nice area. Unable to walk around outside or to go get something to eat

Good location for access to airport. Found a great wee bakery near by (400mtrs) but have to take your life in your hands to get there by walking along a busy road with no footpath. Good size room. Clean bedding but limited to a sheet and blanket. Flight path is right over the hotel! No easy access other than by car/taxi. In an industrial estate basically. No facilities on arrival apart from coffee and crisps. No places to have dinner nearby apart from McDonalds nearby (500mtrs) but along a busy main road without a footpath. En-suite could do with an upgrade - black mould around windows and bath/shower. Awkward to get in and out of bath would suit older person.

We did not stay much at the hotel, however, when we stranded the staff was available 24/7 and provided great help with locating taxis for us during the night. Special thanks to Adolfo. :) Aside from that the room was clean, had everything we needed and exceeded our expectations. Furthermore, the staff spoke English well so communication was easy.

breakfast/cleaning women are nice Much to hot. Cheap skates didn't try to do good AC. Our room was stuffy. Very strange place. Not trying to make a profit. Owner inherited from grandad. Doesn't care about it.

Missed our flight so needed to stay overnight in Ciampino. Late reservation for 3 single beds in a room was not a problem. Reception staff nice and helpful. Room was well laid out and spacious. Breakfast available for a small fee Stairs up to reception with luggage. Otherwise everything was good.
