To be honest, for the price it was very good and there are no major downsides that come to mind. Maybe adding a water boiler in the room rather than a common area would be nice!

Location and facilities also worth mentioning

nothing

The main door to walk in. Watch your head. I smacked my head so hard off it. The room was a bit small. Lights and charges by the bed only work if you have the weird bathroom switch on. Charged it from the desk port for the first 2 days. The shower was clean but the door was messed up.

No coffee or kettle for hot tea.

The Hotel was within walking distance of the Rome Termini. The neighbourhood was friendly, there was a beautiful park one block away, and we found an exceptional Italian restaurant and grocery store nearby. The staff was very friendly and helpful

Nothing Be aware of bed bugs. I really had a bad experiences of staying here as i experienced many bite of bed bugs on my body right after sleeping first night. I booked for two nights but left right after one night. As it started itching on my body wherever i have bed bugs bite. I did complain at reception and left.

The hotel was not too far from Rome's central train station. About 1-2 km from Collosoum. The owner of the hotel, who was also present at the reception, asked for extra money other than the city tax, which we paid as we were travelling from far away, and we had no options at that time. Moreover, when we were leaving, we asked for luggage storage just for 1 hour, and the request was denied although it was mentioned in the hotel booking that the luggage can be stored.

Nothing. I truly can’t believe this place exists. I know prices in Rome are high, but €120 for a dirty, smelly room in a terrible neighborhood is outrageous. The area is ugly, sketchy, and feels completely unsafe. The room itself stank of cigarette smoke, was filthy, and had zero hygiene. The bathroom was gross — no soap, no shampoo, nothing to wash your hands. I didn’t feel clean or comfortable for a second. Check-in was done by a very creepy guy who insisted the €4 city tax be paid in cash. When I said I only had card, he said there’d be a €2 card fee, which felt super shady. He then showed me around in a weird, uncomfortable way that honestly made me nervous. To top it off, the lights in the room would randomly turn on when people passed by in the hallway, which was just bizarre. This place is a total scam. Horrible location, disgusting facilities, awful vibe. Do not stay here.

The location was one of the best part of the hotel ??we were walking throughout all the city from the hotel to the Vatican and around. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and nobody was bothering us from the staff. We couldn't find the AC remote, neither the receptionist so we had to open the window to don't be hot overnight as we won't be able to sleep but because it's on the busy road the sound of the Trolleybus and cars woke us up many times as it felt like it was passing through the room. Other than that was all good. The toilet sink was needing to be open as the water was staying in it and when you press behind for it to go the pipe was leaking.

The service was so good, really nice people!!

Very good

I strongly advise against it!! The room is moldy (bathroom and bedroom), you can't sleep because there are machines in the corridor and they work loudly and make noise waking everyone up at night. The area is very dangerous and the staff always wants extra money for everything. When I arrived they told me to settle the bill because they said that the booking was too low and that I had to pay them extra!! You will really sleep better in a mixed room and in better conditions than in a pseudo hotel.

The housekeeper was very annoying, although we told the reception not to let anyone to our room, we found out that she got inside and opened our belongings, she kept speaking in her phone for many hours and we couldn't sleep, we didn't feel comfortable at all with her presence.
