Right in the Heart of Rome, restaurants outside the door yet still quiet enough inside to sleep . 10/10 location , comfortable bed and delicious breakfast . Friendly and helpful staff.

Everything. The location is top notch. The staff is the best. Everybody is nice and helpful. Only one suggestion If possible to have a mini fridge in the room. Thats all.

If you are heavy traveller, carrying the luggages will be a little hard.

The staff was helpful and breakfast was good. It wasn't noisy at night which was good. There is an elevator in mid floors. I wish there was a safe in the room.

As an American visiting Rome for the first time, it would have given me a sense of security I f I'd known that the actual internal name & registration location was on the 3rd level of the address. Traveling alone, it was quite worrying that I was daying"Hello, hello' as I gradually climbed the stars in a building with no internal dignage until rhe erd level.

It was centrally located near the Spanish steps and easy to get to all of the major sites. It served nicely as a homebase for My stay in Rome. As a solo traveler, I felt very safe both daytime and in the evening getting home from wherever I was. The room was tiny and you did have to negotiate stairs from the street level two level zero… So if you have a lot of luggage for warned. I was not impressed with the bathroom amenities. The water pressure in the shower was low and kind of crappy to be honest with you. There was shampoo, but no conditioner so ladies, your hair will be a frizz unless you brought your own products. Teeny tiny bars of soap, I felt like I was in a low and motel. I guess this is what you get with a two star property. The staff were great and extremely kind and helpful and I can’t say too much about them. They were all lovely people and very gracious and helpful. Breakfast was basic, yummy pastries, but no fresh fruit not even a banana to be found. This is something that they could consider adding.

You can't get a better location for downtown Rome. It is only about a block away from the Spanish Steps and the Spagna subway station. Trevi fountain, Pantheon, and Borghese Park are all an easy walk from here. The shower was very small and inconsistent.

Half my daily food. Woke to sound of breakfast dishes being washed. A pleasant wake up. Entrance sign was obscured by crowds of dining. My old body could not keep pace with my well read expectations

Great location , near many restaurants and comfortable Everything was great.

A simple hotel in a very central location from which to explore Rome on foot. We had a quadruple room, so it was pretty cozy for our family of 4, but everything we needed was there. Very nice that breakfast was provided. And front desk staff are available 24 hours. Some very nice restaurants are just steps away. Notable were Sgarro for excellent pasta (at a very reasonable price), and Donna Sofia for an upscale (and pricey) al fresco experience. Elevator situation is a bit strange - you have to climb a flight of stairs just to reach it, and then it only stops on floors where there are no hotel rooms, so you have navigate up or down another half flight.

Everything is fine！The loft layout with two beds is perfect for families like ours traveling with two kids. The front desk is staffed 24/7, and the staff are very friendly. none

Location and stuff so kind

Our stay came with breakfast, staff was wonderful. The location was great. Restaurants, plaza, shopping everything was conveniently close by. I would definitely recommend.

The one and only positive point about this hotel was its location. 1.The AC was not good enough to cool the room. 2.The shower was as small as only standing in it. 3.NO ROOM SERVICE- every 2 days they said they will clean the room but even that didn't happen. 4.The most important part is that there is no lift/elevator in ground floor. It means that if you have luggage you must carry them up the stairs to the first floor however the lift could only carry 2 people standing alone. ......
