Hotel Regina Margherita

I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Regina Margherita. The location was very convenient, but what made my experience especially pleasant was the kindness and helpfulness of the entire staff. From the beginning of my stay, everyone made me feel welcome and well looked after. When I was trying to find a particular place, one of the staff members kindly helped me with the right direction and even accompanied me outside to make sure I was going the right way. I truly appreciated this extra kindness. They also provided me with an iron when I needed one. A special thank you as well to Jerome, who kindly helped me with my luggage on my last day. The housekeeping staff also did an excellent job. My room was always kept clean and comfortable, with fresh towels, a spotless bathroom, and bottled water provided every day. Thank you to the whole team for your wonderful service and for making my stay so enjoyable. I would be very happy to stay here again!

The staff was super friendly, everyone is extremely helpful.

People at the reception were so nice, it made me feel very welcome and safe as a solo traveler. I got a free bottled water every day and the room had everything I needed, AC and fridge, which is nice during summer. It's very close to the metro station. The only small thing is that you could hear noises from rooms around you.

The hotel was as expected for price and location. Close to metro station. Bus stop right out front. Walking distance to Fonzie's for burgers, Mama's for pizza by the weight and Guttilla Alta Gelateria for gelato. Friendly host who offered great suggestions for sites to visit. They offered juice, coffee, fresh fruit and packaged pastries to start our day. We got off a cruise ship and we're able to get there economically by train and taxi. We then took the metro to get to the airport. Located in a more residential area. We felt safe walking and saw many local joggers. It all worked for us.

Very cool staff, nice, quiet and well connected location. Not having a bar to buy a drink or something in the evening, but that is not that bad in the end

The host was there to greet me as I arrived. He recommended places to visit and restaurants to try. This fact alone is above and beyond what seems normal.

The treatment was great, I was shown how to do the perfect 2 day tour guide with a map, I was given a bigger room and it had water bottles and it was cleaned every day. Nothing, all was perfect.

The location was perfect for the purpose of my stay, especially since there was a small pocket park just behind the hotel for some exercise in the morning or evening. The room was a bit small and there was a funny smell, linked not to cleanliness but the fact that it is an old building. Staff very freindly and free coffee, fruits and snacks for those who don't want a big breakfast was a big perk!
