Quiet and comfortable Far from restaurants but you can have food delivered. Onsite restaurant was ok but menu was lacking

The room was large and spacious, and the housekeeping staff cleaned it daily. It was noticeable that someone came every day to tidy and refresh the room. The staff were generally polite and helpful, even if not exceptional. A positive aspect was the arrival experience. We requested an early check-in through Booking.com and, although the hotel could not guarantee it, they allowed us to safely store our luggage until the room was ready. The receptionist was very kind and helped us with the bags, which were kept in a secure locked luggage room. The hotel is extremely far from Rome’s main attractions and even far from the city outskirts, making transport inconvenient and time-consuming. During the first two days there was a very strong sweat smell in the room despite the visible cleaning, and the air ventilation system also produced an unpleasant odor. The room did not have a Smart TV, which feels unacceptable in 2026, and the kettle setup was impractical because the cable was too short and difficult to use safely. The overall condition of the hotel also felt very outdated and poorly maintained. Most of the furniture looked old and heavily worn, including the sofa and fabric coverings, which gave the room an unpleasant appearance. The walls were visibly stained and marked, and the dark blue room design made the space feel very gloomy and much darker than expected. The room looked completely different from the photos advertised on Booking.com and did not reflect the presentation shown online. Considering the location and the quality of the facilities, the price was far too high. Similar properties located much closer to the city centre were available for similar prices during our stay. Unfortunately, we booked late and had limited options left, otherwise we would not have chosen a property this far away with conditions that did not match the advertised presentation.

The facility quality and the breakfast collection.

I was a nice hotel, but it seemed like it was set up for tour groups. If you didn't come with a tour group or rent a car, it is not really close to anything.

Where do I start! So the room that I paid for was 2 queen beds and 1 twin bed I got 3 rooms with 3 twins complained but nothing then walk in the room and all 3 rooms had very big stains on the carpet floor all over the rooms it’s also had a bad smell. The power points all broken poor lighting cracked walls intercom phone to contact reception or rooms service wasn’t working in all 3 rooms. We asked to use the pool and they said no it’s closed because the season has changed it’s only open in summer. The gym was closed the restaurant had very limited food you couldn’t walk to a restaurant near by as the hotel is in the bush probably 1/2 by car to the closest restaurant. All the people I spoke to were very upset with the hotel definitely not worth the money we paid. I was very disappointed with everything I would never go back there again! This hotel should be shut down

The lobby and common areas looked clean and modern. The service was extremely poor – even when I urgently needed water for taking medicine, I was told to pay extra, and it was never delivered. Although I had paid for full breakfast, there was always a long wait to get a seat, as they didn’t allow us to sit freely. The menu never changed during the entire 7 days, and the hot dishes were very limited. The bathroom facilities broke almost every day, and the pool access was very inconvenient – you had to ask the administrator daily for a coupon to enter. There were no proper sunbeds, the umbrellas were broken, and you could only use your own towel to sit near the pool. Transportation was also a big problem: the shuttle bus ran only every two hours, and the hotel is about a 30–40 minute walk from the nearest metro. There are no shops, restaurants, or useful facilities around the area.

Comfy beds, nice staff. spacious room and clean. far from everything, facilities falling apart, bad breakfast and food overall. elevators always out of order. Felt like the hotel was 4 stars 20 years ago but not anymore. carpets were old, rust stains and really worn out.

Breakfast was ok but no variety. The distance from the hotel to the nearest train and Rome Termini station was falsely advertised. We spent a fortune on taxi fares. The staff were not very helpful, some were rude. Also the hotel advertised itself as a 4 star hotel with facilities such as a swimming pool and a gym which was not the case at all. We wanted instant coffee and tea for room service but was told we had to pay.

The location in all honesty well connected to a train/bus station. The carpet in the entire hotel was disgusting. Our toilet tank was leaking all day long and regardless of the times we requested then to fix it we had it damage all our stay.
