Very good location, very attentive, polite staff, cleanliness, air conditioning - everything was great.
-
Nice place, good location. A bit expensive for what it was though
-
Another standout feature is the staff. Everyone was exceptionally polite, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay, especially the receptionist who welcomed us to the hotel. The service was excellent from check-in to check-out, and the team was always willing to assist with any questions or requests.
-
Quiet, close to eateries and St Peter’s. Only wish breakfast was included
-
Very nice location. Close to the Vatican and all the attractions across the river.

The location was excellent, safe neighborhood and full of restaurants and cafes/bars. The hotel could need a little upgrade, some things in the room are broken and may need better fixing.

The vicinity of the A line metro station. The walking distance to Vatican. Upon arrival, the room was in very poor condition and far below acceptable standards: • Strong musty, dank, and mildewy smell throughout the room • Bottom of the bathroom door completely deteriorated • Shower area had a moldy shower curtain instead of a proper door • Moldy door stopper • Unstable/wobbly toilet seat • Fridge contained old food containers from previous guests and was not working • Rusty bathroom hardware The “better” room the hotel offered me for the second night had disintegrating room door, severely cracked bathroom sink, sinking bed—I was involuntarily sliding towards the centre of the mattress at night. I documented everything.

The room was terrible. Super dirty, full of humidity. Is a 1 star hotel Everything. We arrived and the room was dirry, the bed had a huge stain in the middle, the smell of humidity was unbelievable

The location is excellent. Very good district closed to Vatican. A lot of bars and restaurants around. For the price I expected a better quality accommodation. It's very noisy as we hear clearly the elevator, the people walking with their luggage in the corridor, and people on the street. The staff was not very welcoming, we arrived quite late and maybe the night staff was not happy to work there. Overwall we didn't relaxed at night.

The location was good and very friendly staff The beds are not comfortable at all, and mattress was squeaking while turning. The toilet was small and smelly. Elevator is tiny, so if you have a lot of luggage you wouldn’t fit .

Very nice people working there. Very clean. Close to everything.

The hotel is in a good location. It is near the Vatican, Piazza del Risorgimento, good restaurants and the metro. The staff was very inattentive. It didn't matter who was at the desk, no one asked if I liked the room, if everything was satisfactory or responded to a good morning or good evening greeting. When I checked out, the staff person didn't even say thank you and goodbye! The hotel is old and the rooms reflect this fact. The door of my room obviously suffered water damage and the wood was swollen making it difficult to open or close. The door would not open by just a turn of the key and a slight push. Instead a strong push with one's shoulder had to be used to open and close it. The same with the bathroom door. The house staff was also inattentive. While fresh towels were provided each day, the dirty drinking glasses were not changed and napkins at the coffee carafe were not replaced. The coffee station was located on the desk but not near a receptacle so it had to be moved from the desk to either the floor or night stand in order to be used. Several receptacles and wall plates were dangerously loose and I had to complain about one which had actually fallen into the wall making it unsafe and unusable. Thankfully, it was repaired.

room was pretty good size but some of room utilities were old and rusty (mirror in the room and the wall lamp in the bathroom)

I first stayed with you in August 2007. Since then, my family, friends and I have been happy to return to you. We have always had a great time, but you are really ready for renovation. The hotel has been in very poor condition for the last 3 years. I hope you will fix the hotel and that we will be friends again ❤ Until some new adventure ❤

The staff at this hotel is absolutely incredible and goes above and beyond to ensure their guests have a great stay. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The hotel is also perfectly located in a great neighborhood with lots of public transport. I highly recommend this hotel !!

Reception staff were exceptional and couldn't do enough. The 2 male staff that worked made our experience. Comfortable, cool room and excellent location. Nothing.
