Easy walk to Vatican and metro. It felt safe as there were locks at each entrance into the building. There wasn’t anything that we did not like.

The hotel is in great location with a 13 walk to Vatican. We booked 3 rooms and had a comfortable stay. We were late to check-in but was very easy to reach out to host through booking.com messaging and provided the detailed instructions to self check-in. Our host John was very friendly and provide a good service. Highly recommend his hotel ! Nothing

The location of the hotel is in a comfortable, quiet Italian neighborhood, in a beautiful (old) European apartment building. There are some cute little cafes and restaurants in the neighborhood and a bit of shopping. We were a bus ride away from the city center. The hotel itself is very small (only about 10 rooms) so when you walk in, there’s a small Kitchenette where they serve breakfast, and the corridor to the rooms, and that’s it. With that said, the room was comfortable, clean and quiet. The rooms were pretty basic, but comfortable. There seems to have been a mosquito issue (we saw previous evidence on the walls) so we did not sleep with the windows open.

Loved the location, security, and spacious room. We also loved the lighting in the bathroom. Parking nearby was expensive. The breakfast was great with John on our first 3 mornings, but not the same when he wasn’t there.

I had a lovely stay at Quiriti Vatican Relais! The property was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located—super convenient for exploring Rome. But what truly made the experience special was the host. His kindness and warm hospitality made us feel so welcome and taken care of. You can really tell they care about their guests. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the city!

Vatican and surroundings in walking distance, great location. Colosseum is rather metro distance, but metro is very close. The room was fine, 6-7 flats managed by them, silent and authentic neighborhood, very very kind staff, helpful and chatty. The only thing I would change is to have greater variety for breakfast. We could ask for drinks and coffe, but only sweet croissant and donut type pastries are available. A variety of pastries, salty as well, joghurt, muesli, cookies, fruits and other meals would really be great for more then 1 nights stay.

The property is in very good location. The owner and the staff are very hospitable and accommodating. They also very helpful in anyway they can. I would recommend it to anyone who would like to visit the city.
