Very comfortable and staff were lovely. Great location. The bathroom could use a fix up. The shower head had water coming out in all directions and the toilet seat was broken.

Location near to Vatican Very small room, good for one person. Tiny space that cant close bathroom's door.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel, and we want to express our gratitude to Francesco. He went above and beyond to help us: he upgraded our room, and when we faced two issues with water supply, he solved them quickly and efficiently. Unfortunately, not much to like Very uncomfortable very far from everything and hardly had any communication from any staff. Also, the rooms look better on the photos but they are not like the photos. Our room was quite old.

The location, really nice neighborhood. Close to everything, cafe places, bakeries, grossery stores all nearby. Bus stops (the bus from the airport 10min away) subway station A. Not even 10min walk to the amazing Vatican. Direct bus to the colosseum. And very happy with our room with balcony with nice view. We travel a lot and stay in a lot of different places /hotels and really want to recommend this place. Once again a big thank you to Mr Francesco for always being so friendly and helpful. Thank you for making our stay amazing.
