It was really well located, the vatican was 10 minutes walking, the colisseo was 15 minutes by metro, everything was super close. Also in the heatwave, arriving to our rom and finding it so fresh it was beautiful, I will definitely come back to this place, it’s perfect

* Friendly and responsive customer service, available 24/7 via WhatsApp or email. * Daily housekeeping. * The room was clean throughout my stay. * A shared coffee corner for guests. * Good overall value for money. * The hotel is located inside an old building shared with other hotels and offices, rather than in a standalone hotel building. * The TV only offers Italian channels, with no access to Netflix or other streaming services. * Although the location is good, most destinations require public transportation. The Ottaviano metro station is about a 10–15 minute walk away. * The bed is a bit too firm. * Soundproofing between rooms could be improved. Conversations from neighboring rooms and the electronic sound of doors unlocking with key cards can sometimes be heard, especially at night. * The elevator is old and occasionally stops working or gets stuck, which can be inconvenient.

What an amazing place to stay! So close to everything and the rooms was outstanding for the price. Cap the manager treated me like family. So rare in today hospitality scene. Fast internet plus a water refill station. N/A
