Hotel was in a good location close to the Vatican City. Room was a much smaller size than what I expected a 'deluxe double room' to be. The double bed was not a real double bed, the staff simply pushed two twin beds together. This caused a slit in the middle that you can fall into and made sleeping uncomfortable.

very friendly staff, 24hrs reception and nice modern rooms. The bed was comfy and the TV and WiFi were very good and had no problems connecting our firestick. 6min walk to the metro and could get around very easily. Loved the LED light fixture above the bed for mood lighting! Don’t think the AC worked properly (although it is still winter so may not be in use yet?) and there was a window high above to the side of the room, which had no curtains or way of covering it. this meant in the morning the room was light and also lacked privacy when walking past it (window wasn’t in view of bed thankfully).

As soon as I walked into the bathroom, I noticed hair on my allegedly clean towels and on the actual toilet seat, not the toilet cover. The shower leaks every time you use it as well. And the front desk staff behaved as if they were terrified of my very existence.

The service provided to us by the Concierge, Francesco, was excellent. He was very friendly and very helpful. We had problems while we were in Rome and he kindly upgraded our room as a gesture which we were very grateful for. The hotel is in a nice area close to the Metro. Nothing really. The room was a bit bijou but that was probably due to the huge jacuzzi bath in it.

Room was set out really lovely. I liked the balcony and the air conditioning. There was no mini bar or snacks available so had to go and walk to find some!

Good location. There were enough shops and cafes and restorants nearby. Pretty clean. The AC was barely working. Even at minimum temperature set, you couldn't tell it's on. Opening the window/door was a bad idea, cause there was a kitchen under the room and you could smell everything. On the second day housekeeping took out blanket and did not return it.
