Very helpful front desk manager, he printed out tickets for me, helped with internet issues, recommended restaurants, cared about my safety. Great location, reliable housekeeping staff. good mattress. The website where I signed up said "mini-fridge in room" which I counted on having for my 10-day stay. Nowhere to keep fruit, wine, snacks and leftovers. If I didn't eat my whole entree at a restaurant I basically had to throw a 2nd meal away I planned on eating the next day because no way to store it. No way to make hot water in room. Coffee in the room is so nice to have! Mold all along the baseboards of the room it looked like water damage from years ago. Booking.com say they will price match. The day I moved in, a room similar to mine was available at your hotel for 65 euros a night. And for the next few nights, when the price went up to 99 euros. I was paying 120 euros a night! And booking.com could not honor their promise because I couldn't get a screen shot from you, Hotel Quiriti, showing what your prices were on the dates in question. Because the room rates are only available online on the day the room is available. So a day or 2 later, I couldn't get a copy of the room rate, which booking.com claimed they needed in order to refund me some money. I figure I lost about 200 euros for 5 or 6 nights. (55 per night the first 3 nights, then 20 per night for the next 3 nights) I didn't even bother to check beyond the first week. Your staff could not provide a copy of the lower room rates so I couldn't prove it to booking.com. Very dissatisfied with how your system doesn't support booking.com. It felt like a bait and switch and you both are in on it because of a glitch in your system. How hard would it be for your manager to provide an email saying what the range in room prices was on those dates in question? I will not use booking.com again until this is resolved. Also the website shows photos of Quiriti Suites, in the same building. They look very nice, white and modern. my room was shabby, paint peeling, nowhere near as nice. Easy to confuse the 2 separate facilities when booking.

Nothing The entire room feels neglected. It's old, with a bathroom that's falling apart, featuring cracks and broken fixtures. There are stains in the toilet and bathtub, and everything in the bathroom appears to be in poor condition. It gives the impression of staying in a poorly maintained property.

AC works great. Bed very comfortable. Customer service good. Water got on the floor from the shower. Common to European showers.

The location Tv didn’t work, safe was broken, pillows were horrible and very noisy

The elevator did work the first day, a long climb with baggage. The refrigerator would not cool. Not ice available. The room was very hot - open windows - Okay, except the mosquitoes. Kind of scary, 3 police were there at the main office, not sure what happened.

Friendly Staff and location good, lots of restaurants nearby. Room is smelly, pillows yellow ang stinky, air conditioning leeks water when turn on, shower tiny 2fx3f , bathroom have 1feet length to move around . Window open to smell foods cooking from the restaurant ....

I loved the location. It is quiet. Nice restaurants around. More of a residential area so you see the locals and experience a little bit of the culture in Rome. My room needed a few lightbulbs. The telephone in the room was not connected. and the TV was not working.
