    Great location and delicious breakfast

Location was fantastic ! Staff at breakfast was amazing! Breakfast selection was good too . Rooms were small and pricey for the size .

  • Engine customer Sep 2025

Very friendly and welcoming staff at the breakfast. Cute, clean and comfortable rooms. Not the best location but still a good location to walk around the city and to its main attractions. Good value compared to other hotels in Rome. Private parking wasn’t that close, especially when walking back uphill with luggage. Was told it would be 18 but it was 23 euros for overnight. Small and slow elevator. Breakfast wasn’t the best but very good coffee.

Location was great. Right in the midst of everything. Not far in terms of walking to to the main sites ie Spanish steps and Trevi fountain. Marco at the front desk was amazing. Helped organise baggage storage . At breakfast , the staff (unfortunately I cant remember his name)attending to us was very polite and pleasant. Loved the small balcony that you could open up to..! Lift took awhile to get to your floor. But able to manage once we knew that it was slow. Small room for 2 to open baggages.

The location is perfect. You cannot get any better when visiting Rome everything is a 10 minute walk. There was nothing to dislike about the property. I understand that the three gentlemen at the front desk can get busy, but at times, at times they were abrupt.

Great location, great breakfast, great service! Nothing

  • Engine customer Apr 2025

The location and staff are helpful. Noisy while sleeping early morning (labor work next room)

  • Engine customer Apr 2025

The location was very good Lots of noise both from the street and other rooms when people start talking or using water. Basically sleeping at night was almost impossible. Low pressure of water in bathroom. Only one elevator exists and had to use stairs most of the times.

The staff were friendly and the location of the hotel was excellent. If you are able to walk well, most attractions are within walking distance. I booked the hotel because it advertised having rooms with a balcony. I booked a twin room with balcony and had my heart set on this for a special trip with my mum. On arrival the reception didn't give us a room with a balcony and said there weren't any available. They them informed us that the rooms with a balcony are only very little anyway. That would have been fine but I paid a lot of money for the room and it was very small, basic and not the one with a balcony.

  • Engine customer Feb 2025

The room was small, but not unusual in central Rome.

Location is brilliant. You’re in the heart of Piazza Barbarini with its lively bars and restaurants. You’re close to a metro station. There is abundant high end breakfast mostly continental, although the breakfast area is small. Rooms are small but clean and well equipped. Bathroom is very nice indeed. Staff are excellent and very helpful. This hotel met our requirements and I definitely would return.

Great hotel in a location close to tansport, restuarants and shopping. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and wonderful buffet breakfast each day. The rooms are quite small, we needed 2 beds, it was a split double but not really any space in between

Location is very good, Nice breakfast, the coffee and cakes are delicious. Water leaking from the bath tub to the floor, not very good design.
