The room was big and comfortable Nothing

Not much to do if you want to stay at the hotel.⁵

THE ROOM WAS GOOD, CLOSE TO THE TERMINAL STATION. THE AIR CONDITION WASN'T WORKING. THE NEIGHBORHOOD IS NOT WHAT YOU WOULD EXPECT TO FIND IN ITALY.

The pictures were not like the room, some of the staff weren’t kind.

The location, is super near to Termini and god restaurants The cleaning, they never clean the room, only changed the towels when asked. The pictures are not like the rooms

Very nice

The location was great. The staff was very nice and helpfull. Room was ok for two people. During the night was a little bit noisy because of some consturctions on the road but this is not the hotels problem in the end.

Location stains on the curtains

Top location, a few minutes to the metro station and the main train station. Close to the center. No reaction of the hotel to the chaos created by the guests of one room, until 5am in the morning, noise, drunk guests, activation of the alarm. The impression is that the hotel is unsafe to stay in.

Moldy shower curtain and bathroom ceiling, NO warm water during shower, STAINED bedsheets and cover, stains on wooden bed, overall the property was not maintained well.

The location is great. A few steps from the Termini station. The staff is friendly. The bathroom is too small, overall facilities in images seems more comfort than in reality. More comfort and fresh staff in the room. ( For examples, the curtains were stained and torn)

The hotel was located within an easy walk to the train station. The train was our main way of transportation during our visit. The staff was very friendly. Even though the hotel was a bit dated, it met our needs. The bathroom was rather cramped and small but manageable. There was no phone in our room. There was no breakfast. (which we knew ahead of time) Cable TV didn't work well.

Very worth the money

The staff was very friendly; The location was close to the train station which made arrival and departures easy. The property was a bit dated. No phone in the room. Shower and toilet area was very small.

The security system is not good. Once, I was given the keys of someone else's room. This means that the keys of my room could also have been given to another guest ?

Shower too narrow Bed mattress to hard to sleep

The location is very close to the bus and train station. Also the area if full of hotels so its never really empty The room is way too small for the price we paid. There was no space to open our bags. The room was not as clean. We barely slept because of the sounds at night

Location near Ter.ini Station excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel badly in need of a refurbish Rooms
