Excellent location to walk from train station (just 2 blocks). Convenient area with many restaurants within a half-block. Nice little cafe ideal for breakfast directly across the street. Staff (Sergio in particular) are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The area around the train station is kind of rough. Not ideal for a family with small kids. I had fair warning and we stayed here for convenience because we were just stopping in Rome for a brief layover, but you should be careful. Otherwise, the hotel is a decent 2 star hotel.

i wouldn‘t book this at night alone as a woman, the streets gets interesting at night.. the location and the hotel itself is good.
-
Close to Termini which was extremely convenient for both the train and taxis. The beds were not terribly comfortable, but the room was clean, the shower was very good and the staff was very kind and helpful!
-
The host allowed us to check in early and the rooms were clean Building is a bit old

Exelent Claim and neat
-
it was very close to the train station there was mold and mildew all over the bathroom - on the tiles, shower door and the ceiling The blanket was extremely old, scratchy and tattered. The one chair was a folded piece of foam. The desk chair was stained.
-
The location was excellent for our needs.
-
really close walking distance to the train station making it easy to catch the 7AM train
-
5 min walk to Termini. We booked last minute and they accommodated our early check-in. Bathroom was very small and old. The building is very historic and small so expect some tight space.

This was our second stay here. The rooms are comfy and clean. Staff is always helpful and happy. They were able to accommodate our family of 4, 2 days earlier than we planned to arrive seamlessly. N/A

Sergio is a nice person, great communication. We took 2 rooms, and the sizes were excellent, the location of the hotel is great as its 5 min walk to the Termini train station, the area is OK and its 20 min walk to the Colosseum
-
very noisy outside at nights
-
Decent room, staff and location. Can improve few things like provide couple of water bottles and hot water in the morning even if you have not opted for breakfast.
-
The stuff is very pleasant, the property was clean. The bathroom was not comfortable and it was cold there. It was hard to find it. It was near to the Termini station but the location was not very good. The building was under construction.

Exceptional

It's a short walk to the train station. We didn't feel safe in this neighborhood. The bathroom was not clean. There was someone else hair clogging the shower drain.
-
Great location. Easy walk from all public transport. Sergio was very informative and helpful. Would recommend.

very clean, cordial entry, good location the pillow was flat

Sergio the manager was wonderful. He was so friendly and helpful, probably the best hotel receptionist we have ever had the pleasure to encounter. The hotel was very close to the Termini train station so getting around Rome on public transport was easy. It was also walking distance to the Colosseum. Sergio also gave us a fantastic recommendation for dinner. The restaurant was next to the hotel and so good we went for dinner each night we were there. The streets between the hotel and the Termini station were not a pleasant experience and did not do Rome or the hotel justice. Too many people hanging around on the streets or in doorways.
