Very convenient location. Friendly staff. Breakfast was great. Front desk helped with wall adapters to plug in devices and curling iron. Building needs some attention. Wallpaper peeling, shower leaked through the wall into the living space.

I didn’t know there was a tax payment upon checking out? Tried looking it up in the reservations and thought full payment was completed?

Location
-
Location Lack of information unless asked for at desk. What is the Internet password? Where is breakfast? No information available unless asked for. Zero help with bags. Too many steps everywhere to carry bags up.
-
Location Poor upkeep, terrible breakfast options, no cleaning or service staff; Elevator was out of order, floor and rooms were dirty.

Nice traditional hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in a perfect area near the train station and in walking distance to all major attractions. Perfect for a short stay in Rome. Well. I expected a better breakfast. The coffee was not "amazing". The rest was ok to fill your stomach in the morning. Also the bar was closed and not available. The hotel has a nice terrace which unfortunately was closed and no service was available on the terrace.

The location is good near the main railway station. The rooftop view is pretty. The personnel is nice. The rooms are a little old fashioned and during winter time little cold. The bed is not the most comfortable one.

Location is good - that is it Room smelled of dust and unwashed fabric. Cigarette burns in the duvet. Shower flooded the bathroom. Hole in the end of the bath where you shower.

Central location, nice breakfast. Broken tap/no cold water in the sink. No lights in either of the bedside tables. Broken tiles on the floor in the doorway of the bathroom- cut my foot. The waiter at breakfast was inflexible/rude and unhelpful to a family of four ( two adults and two children) wanted to them to sit separately rather than move an additional chair to the table. A dog was brought into the breakfast room, sat on a chair at the table and fed food from a plate off the table- disgusting!!!

breakfast is very poor breakfast and room setting. Toilet is not clean enough. Light is too dimmed

Beautiful place to stay, the rooftop had amazing views The only negative was our shower was blocked and took ages to drain. We notified staff but my partner ended up fixing it…
