Hotel Villa Linneo

Lovely rooms with large bathroom. Very friendly and helpful staff. Quiet residential neighborhood. Breakfast is continental style which was fine for me but might not be enough for other people.

Beautiful privately owned and run villa-hotel. Very peaceful location and public spaces allowed ys to feel really at home. The staff (mainly family) were charming and helpful. Perfect for a romantic break!

Beautifully designed interiors that offer something unique and stylish. The gardens were so peaceful. The location is a short walk to a beautiful park and you can either walk or catch public transport easily. The staff were so helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was superb with a great selection of things to choose from. Nothing at all!

This is like an oasis near center of the big city. A perfect place. Just amazing No sour breakfast, only dolce. This is a bit upsetting/

Massino was so kind and helpful. He was really the highlight of our stay!!! The location was nice and quiet and away from all the busyness of the sites. We would definitely stay there again. Not a lot of eating options in the area.

The hotel is unique, great design with attention to details. Very friendly staff, they helped to carry a suitcase, call a taxi. The hotel is very quiet, it is located in a wonderful area, there are not many tourists around. I would like to especially thank the hotel workers who made incredible espresso in the morning, it was very tasty! Everything was wonderful

It’s more like a home from home than a hotel. It’s in a quiet area outside the historical centre of Rome. The bedroom was double aspect and tastefully decorated overlooking the hotels outdoor verandah. The owners were really helpful and couldn’t have done any more for us. They recommended a nearby restaurant which was so good we went both nights we were there! You’ll need a bus or a taxi to get to the historical city centre.

An amazing property with nice courtyard bursting with plants and flowers. I really liked the location and ambience. It is hit far from center but that’s the reason it’s quiet and tranquil. We preferred it this way so when we were back from our touristy things it was nice to sey in the courtyard and we enjoy the quiet with birds chirping in background. Overall it was good. Breakfast is basic )looks like that’s what Italian breakfast is like) coffee, bread, croissants, fruits, cakes, no eggs or bacon etc. however we preferred it as we could go out and enjoy Rome delicacies ?

Family-run, and it shows in the really attentive, helpful approach from everyone working there. Great attention to detail and professionalism in the way the place is run. Fantastic breakfast. Located in a very quiet neighbourhood. A really comfortable stay.

Villa Linneo is a lovely hotel with a wonderful breakfast and beautiful garden seating. The staff were very helpful and accommodating - Carola, Massimo and Alessandra went out of their way to help me and gave me helpful tips on Rome.
