The staff of the hotel is incredible, they are always willing to help you. The location is amazing and you can walk everywhere. They have croissants, cookies, tea and coffee for free which was a great addition to our stay! We stayed in a family room and one of the beds was like a camp bed, you could feel the tubes and it was very uncomfortable. The mattress was extremely thin but we asked the staff if they could provide another one and they took care of it immediately.

The location was perfect. Located in a wonderful shopping area with amazing restaurants. A five minute walk to the spanish steps and 10 minute walk to trevi. We loved the quick serve restaurant located next door. Every morning we got breakfast sandwiches, fresh pastries and coffee on the way to our excursion. Food was fantastic. The hotel has free coffee and cappuccinos along with croissants and pastries. We stayed in their family room with our family of 4 very comfortably. The area felt very safe and clean. You walk up stairs to get to the lobby. Wasn’t a problem for us but hard if you have young children.

Very central close to everything! Rooms a little small and dark but still adequate we didn’t spend much time there. Bathrooms could be cleaner.

The hotel stuff was exellent. All of them, but Simona was like a member of the family. Anything you needed you got immediately including all the information you needed for discover the Rome's best attractions . They got complimentary coffee, cappuchino and tea with cookies and croissons from seven a.m up to seven p.m and a beautiful place inside and outside the hotel where you can eat and drink your coffee. All the information about the hotel and its location was true. We really walked to all of the sites, churches and fountains , Colliseum and even to Vatican on foot. There are a lot of the nice shops, restaurants and cafes nearby. I am 71 and my husband is 77. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel a lot. A very quiet and comfortable place in the heart of historical area in Rome. Again, than you, Simona ! You are perfect!

We booked the attic room, but it wasn't what we expected. You can't stand up near the bed area at all and have to crouch down. The room was also very dark with only one small lamp and a tiny window. We knew there was no breakfast, but the hotel offers drinks and croissants during the day. Unfortunately, there were no cups available, so we couldn't even have a drink.

The staff were always available and friendly, including the cleaning staff, the bed was comfortable, and the location was excellent. To start with, the floor could have been cleaner; there was a lot of dust, but that was sorted out over the next few days. The entrance has some tricky steps, which isn’t ideal for anyone with mobility issues, especially after hours of walking around Rome (this is a very personal opinion, as I have physical problems)

The hotel has an excellent location. The staff are very kind and friendly. There are cafés, shops, and a pharmacy nearby. It’s just a 5-minute walk to the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps, and about 20–25 minutes on foot to the Colosseum. The only downside was that the hotel didn’t have slippers. Even though we asked the staff several times, they explained that unfortunately they didn’t have any available at the moment and apologized multiple times.

The property was in an excellent location, near the shopping, main transit lines, pantheon and Spanish Steps. The rooms were on par with the price and what you would expect from a 3 star hotel. The rooms on the courtyard are great if you have more parties joining you. Love the complimentary coffee and croissants. Most importantly the staff is what made our trip. Special Thank you to Simona and John and all the staff one by one. We can’t wait to come back again ?

Loved the hotel, really nice and cozy in the middle of Rome. Location is perfect. They also serve coffee and bakeries for free aside from the breakfast which I believe is a good gesture. Staff is amazing, special thanks to Simona, she was super helpful and very welcoming and helped us with everything in our stay. I would definitely go back again Nothing

Everything was great, and the staff were friendly—especially the Italian lady, who was very professional and kind. However, there was one staff member who treated us very poorly. He was a Filipino man who assisted us during check-out, and his attitude was extremely disrespectful. He seemed annoyed by our luggage and was openly rude. Unfortunately, this experience left a negative impression and might make us reconsider staying at the hotel again. The location was great, the deluxe room was specious The location of our room was in front of the public toilet, so everytime we opened our door we saw a toilet, since nobody bothered to close the door. The ventilation of our bathroom didn’t work, we told the staff - no one even bothered to get back to us. We asked for a twin room, we received a double bad and the person in the front desk offered to give us sheets to separate the bed ourselves since the cleaning crew already left.
