The staff was rude and not helpful I had to go upstairs with no elevator, and it was not mentioned in my reservation.

The location was very central, I was able to walk everywhere I needed to go. My room was clean and spacious. The elevator is very small but it was still manageable.

Location Elevator o small, no bar, no real lobby reception with tv or any service, of course language barrier on all sides. Some issues took a bit longer to resolve but got resolved eventually

Loves the room and the windows! Also loved the little garden. The staff was very helpful. Breakfast was delightful. The bar was shut down while the website touts the bar as being a primary feature

Staff and Location!

The location is great, many sites within walking distance. The beds are comfortable, they were very kind to my back and feet. The pillows were nice too, and the room was a nice size for our family of four. The building has a mould issue, it smells as soon as you enter the reception, and it is stronger when you enter the room. This is possibly why the floor boards are all warped in the hallway. The building is old, just fix it, and it would be a great hotel. There was mould and grime in the shower. The whole unit needs to be replaced. The walls in the bedroom are super thin. We could hear the people next door with all their chatter from 11pm til 1 am. I woke one morning to the sound of their alarm at 6am, at first I thought it was my phone, but it was coming from next door.

Excellent location , very close to everything! Easy access to main attractions, restaurants. Perfect for anyone wanting to explore the city conveniently.

The staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming, breakfast had good options and the lobby/bar area was cute. Very central location, could walk to all major tourist sites. The room was quaint and we loved the balcony but there was some apparent water damage on the walls and the shower was not cleaned well.

Location Front desk kept promising but did not deliver, mold in the shower, toilet would run for no reason, one side of bed was great,the other broken down in the middle,balcony was always dirty, floor was never swept. Very dissappointing!

cappuccino good I was surprised they did not have "Italian bread" The lady at the desk most of the time (I can't remember her name) was very nice & helpful. The elevator is very small Rooms could have been cleaner, especially the shower Our first night there was some sort of mix-up with our booking & we were given a room that required stairs & was not very clean. Our second - fourth were fine.

Location and comfortable beds/mattresses Honestly, skip this hotel. The bathroom was full of humidity and mold (I will attach the photos, if Booking lets me). The receptionist promised that they would clean it, we asked for 3 days, they didn't. The rooms need some deep cleaning. The breakfast is hostel quality, no fresh bread, no fresh juices, only hard boiled eggs. Value for money is extremely low. No facilities. This seems like a 2 star hotel, definitely not a standard of a 4 star hotel.

Really great location to sites, restaurants and shopping. Cleaning of the room could have been more thorough; multiple asks for toiletries which were not replenished; whilst there is a lift there are steps to and within the room which should be more clearly stated when booking.

Great location to all attractions and resturants with friendly and extreamly helpful staff.

Breakfast was quite simple the first day with white bread only and minimal spreads. After mentioning it to the girl at reception, the next morning everything go upgraded with a big smile and with a real concern to our well being. Team both at reception and at breakfast were very accommodating, suggesting help with everything and always with a big smile. Breakfast could be improved
