Clean. Good location. Maybe it’s just my own preference but I did jot find the bed to be comfortable.

Clean room, comfortable bed, nice bathroom, very good location, about a 10-minute walk from the Vatican. I highly recommend it. You can hear some street traffic.

The position, the availability of the host, the coffee maker and tea maker in the room. The curtain at the door of the room and the size of the restroom - very small and the sanitaries are very close, not practical to be used by everybody.

Excellent location and host - Tommaso was very helpful n responsive. We appreciated being able to leave our luggage there even after checking out The double room was small, especially the bed.

The room is big, the ceilings are high. It is furnished with everything a traveler needs, you have luggage racks for each guest, you have a proper desk where you can sit and be at your pc, you have a good wardrobe with non-slip hangers, who are offered tea, coffe, caramels, the bathroom has very good quality towels, shower gel, shampoo, heated towel rail. The temperature was very cosy. We just felt at home, super cosy and confortable. I think the main thing that could be improved is the window, as the street is a little noisy due to the apartment being located in the centre of Rome. Blackout curtains would also be very welcome, as we personally prefer to sleep in complete darkness.

Great location close to Vatican and public transportation (Train stop is 5min walking). Host was helpful and quick to respond. Room was clean. There are also many restaurants, cafes shops and grocery shops nearby. Bathroom little bit too small

Very close to the Vatican, lots of good restaurants in Prati and walkable to a lot of attractions. Tommaso was very helpful in our check-in, and he covered everything that we could possibly ask. The complimentary breakfast in a nearby cafe is a great touch. Room is very clean just as clean as the bathroom. Had an amazing time. All was good

Very nice B&B ideally situated close to the Vatican and the San Pietro Basilica, in an area full of bars and restaurants. Very nice and helpful owner who makes his guests' stay as comfortable as possible. Definitely good value for money.

Great location, very close to the metro and several restaurants nearby. It was fairly quiet at night other than we did run the A/C as there was an heat wave during our stay. The host was very communicative. And helped arrange for an early AM taxi pickup. Breakfast was at a nearby cafe. The WiFi was a bit spotty.

It was well located, grocery stores close by, metro station and next to Vatican city. The privacy, cleanliness and tidiness were exceptional. Amazing croissant for breakfast

The location is excellent as it is in a very nice area and well connected by public transport. You can find really good cafes and restaurants nearby (the breakfast place included with our reservation was superb). I understand is a small hotel attended by one person, so it was a bit complicated for us to confirm the time of the check-in and not have the flexibility to arrive after the usual check-in hours. Would be nice to have luggage storage.

He was very kind person and very helpful. If you want to travel to Rome and want to stay near by Vatican. This place is the best way, because its cheap and the restaurant also. Enjoy your Visit in Rome. ❤️
