We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel during our trip to Rome. The room was clean, comfortable, and serviced daily, which we really appreciated after long days exploring the city. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, and supermarkets nearby. A special thank you to the host, who was incredibly supportive, kind, and responsive throughout our stay. He was always available to help, gave us useful local recommendations, and made sure everything was comfortable for us. His hospitality truly made the experience even better and made us feel very welcome. The beds were comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and overall the hotel offered excellent value for Rome. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

The staff was very welcoming and gentle, we had an easy self check-in even when we arrived late. They let us the room until 5 pm the last day in order to leave our luggage. The location was very good, close to the public transport and there is a lot of restaurants and shops near the property. The room was clean, there is everything you need and there is a shared kitchen if you want to cook. There was a very bad smell in the room that comes from the bathroom. The room was slightly heated and it was cold, and the heating in the bathroom didn't work. The refrigerator in the room doesn't work, but we used the refrigerator in the kitchen. There was a limescale in the shower, and the water flow wasn’t very good. We left the message on the door to makeup the room but the room service didn't come to clean or to change the towels.

Absolutely amazing stay! The apartment is in a fantastic location — just steps from the Vatican and only 50 meters from the metro, so exploring Rome was super easy. Everything was spotless and beautifully maintained. We loved having our own little balcony with a table and two chairs — the perfect spot for coffee in the morning or wine in the evening. Couldn’t have asked for a better place — we’ll definitely be back!

Everything was excellent , the location, the cleanses. In apartment you have everything that you need. I would probably stay here again. Only one thing that can be changed is that door isolation is bad and you can hear when someone is in hallway.

It's close to the Vatican City and the metro station. A lot of nice local restaurants are around. We found a little bit of stains on the duvet cover. The water flux from the shower is a bit too slow.

Good location steps away from the metro station and walking distance from Vatican and shopping street. Many restaurants and cafes around. Easy check-in late in the evening with video instruction. The apartment is inside of the building, so absolutely no noise from the street. The room needs renovation. Old worn out pillows, (almost) broken old shower head. Cleaning is not perfect, especially in the bathroom. Room doors don't provide any sound isolation, you can hear everything what's happening in the kitchen or corridor, luckily for us the other guests were quiet enough.

Comfortable check in. Great location. Very dirty place, dust everywhere. Bathroom is just terrible and stinky. Worst thing is that someone came into our room when we were out and replaced a hair dryer with an old one.

The property is located in a very strategic place, with the metro right outside of the door, and banks, restaurants all close, with the Vatican 900m which is fine to go by walk.

Alfredo is friendly and helpful, although we wish he would have given us earlier notice to pay the city tax. Bed was good, room and property is clean and the AC is good. It's near the Vatican and close to the tour companies. Close to the Ottaviano metro station. Close to the Osteria Delle Commari which we found to be a very good restaurant. This property is very old, the bathroom fixtures are very old, the shower very tight, and the room small. The photos do not accurately show how tight the space is or how old the room and bathroom are. The area is very run down. Snacks are nothing to write home about. My advice, spend some more money and stay in a better area and better property to give you a better experience.
