La atención de Nicola es agradable y hospitalaria en todo el sentido de la palabra. Amigable y siempre dispuesto a orientarte no solo en el hospedaje sino en tu estadía en Roma para que la disfrutes al máximo. La ubicación es insuperable para quienes prefieran centrar su visita en el Vaticano y alrededores. Todo siempre estuvo muy limpio y Gumer hace un impecable trabajo de conserjería. Las opciones, alimentos y utensilios disponibles para preparar el desayuno lo hicieron todo fácil, práctico y delicioso. Lo recomendamos totalmente.

I would have liked to stay closer to trevi fountain area, but have no complaints about the b&b. Our host was great.

Location was spectacular Clean bedding Enjoyed making our own breakfast- treating my wife to breakfast in our room was actually romantic and special ( I imagine some people would complain about doing this. ) Host was extremely friendly! A/c didn’t work, but it was not hot yet in Rome , so we could open our window. I did not complain about the AC because we would’ve only needed it a couple times during these 2 days and I didn’t want someone coming in there trying to fix it while we were trying to relax. They have an ant infestation in the bathroom they were tiny little ants that were crawling everywhere along the baseboard at all times.

Even though we arrived much later than planned, our host were waiting on us. Because the lift were out of service when we arrived, our host offered to carry our luggage up the stairs. (I do not know what we would have done without his help) The room were spacious and comfortable as were the bed. We had access to the kitchen and could help ourselves at all times. Great coffee as well. Breakfast was good and we could even do an on-the-go breakfast on the last morning. The location is great for sightseeing as we could walk to most of our excursions. It would be very rude to complain as there were really nothing to complain about.

Just love the location - 15 minutes' walk to St Peter's Square and 10 minutes from San Pietro train station. The room is clean, comfortable and homey, complete with complimentary sweet treats. Kitchen is shared and fully equipped. Breakfast is self-made and the fridge is always stocked with food. Nicola is an amazing, kind and helpful host. I had a wonderful stay in Rome, thanked to Nicola. Will sure to choose this apartment again for my next trip to Rome. Grazie mille, Nicola. None.

Location is excellent many things to do Also many Restaurants. The Host Nicolas he is very friendly he will help you whatever you need. What i will recommend to Gust, Please considering to stay as silent as possible This place is not for Party, is excellent for Resting after all your tours and long Flys

Great location - less than 10 mins walk to Vatican City. Other attractions (e.g., Castel Sant'Angelo, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon) easily accessible on foot. The room was comfortable and spotlessly clean. Nicola is a fantastic host; always available to answer questions and share information about the area, transport, recommended restaurants and activities etc. I would absolutely stay again if I return to Rome.

Comfortable bed Small elevator, small bathroom (although these are typical for Europe) and not the best location, although that is my fault for not seeing where it was in relation to landmarks

The location is a 15-minute walk from St Peters Square. And the same time to walk to San Pietro station. Nicola, the owner, is a lovely guy. He gave me lots of information regarding restaurants, cafes and bars.

The location was excellent . 5 minutes(walk) going to Vatican city. Nicola - host was very helpful in terms of giving us tips where to find good places to eat for our liking . preparing our own food. It would have been better if the food had already been prepared for us so we don't have to wake up early. Otherwise, all good.

The owner was very helpful and kind. He showed me places and restaurants in the neighborhood.

Parking is on street outside the property but is free. The host will hold a space with his own car. Property is on 4th floor but there is an elevator. Large room with attached bathroom. Communal kitchen where you can cook or make tea/coffee. Tea and coffee provided. Refrigerator with your own shelf which host stocked daily with eggs, fruit juice, butter. I had boiled eggs with toast and coffee each morning. The room and communal areas are cleaned daily. Location is just ten minutes walk to Vatican City & St. Peter’s square. Metro A line is about fifteen minutes walk and connects with other lines so you can get to all the major sites. Cheap and easy to use. Accepts tap & go with your credit/debit card. The host Nicola was very welcoming and helpful. The location is just south of Vatican City and is quite far from all the major tourist sites (Vatican excepted). Being in an apartment building there was some noise from adjacent apartments but not excessive. However I would still recommend this apartment.

Nicola is a great host, very helpful, provided a lot of useful links about the great locations in the city, asked if I needed anything. The room was cleaned daily and cleaned extremely well. What surprised me that it was not just like a room, but rather like 2 rooms, with a table, a window in the second one, and you could divide from the main sleeping space if needed (like, if you are travelling with a child you need to put to bed). The kitchen was very well equipped, and breakfast food is provided every day, both in the common area (like, cereal, bread and muffins, fruit and teas), and on your individual shelf in the fridge (eggs, milk, juice, jam, yogurt - i made myself excellent breakfasts) and every day the food for breakfast was renewed, if you used anything. the location is right on the other side of the Vatican wall, was excellent for me. The main railway station is easily accessable by bus. The bathroom is very clean too, so overall, no complaints again, will definitely stay again. all was great
