Nothing!! Alert!! Scammers!! This hotel scammed me by charging me for a Suite then downgrading me to a junior suite and lying to my face about it.. Alert!! Scammed out of money and amenities from this Hotel. And we were on our honeymoon, Lets not offer the guest an upgrade lets downgrade them like they will never know or find out, was front desk and managements approach. Also front desk nor Egor didn’t bother asking why we chose room with elevator (my wife has a disability and requires her not to use stairs, so yes a few nights she had to sleep downstairs). We were not given the right room because hotel decided to make change not us and not cool. Front desk also lied to me about the room as if they upgraded us, which was a joke.. Then manager Egor came out to see what he can do, but yet I still do not have an answer or refund for my overpayment for smaller room with less amenities. Then when I confronted Egor again, he said they are waiting for property managment approval, but they should and they have been ignoring since request on 6/30/2026. This is considered bait and switch tactic and is truly considered THEFT. They also had broken amenities, toilet seat broken, door broken, bugs, do not waste your money staying here.. Egor and management if you are reading this please do the right thing and refund me the difference for the smaller room as advertised. I was overcharged by $600-$700Euro.. Do not Trust this Hotel!

All the rooms should Have showers. Ours had a tub and a sprayer. It would also be great to have an espresso machine and really good air conditioning.

Front desk people were very helpful, nice and welcoming.. Dilip patiently explained us the attractions that we should not miss and also marked them on the map.. this map was very informative Nothing

It was very central The advertising for air conditioning was unfortunately false and it was unbearable to sleep. The front desk told us the entire hotel was just as hot which we could not switch rooms because we would still have the same issue. We ended up checking out earlier than planned because it was extremely hot and if I would have known beforehand, I would have made other accommodations.

The easy check in The rooms was hot and the air conditioner didn’t work very well.

The bathroom on my room was not the best one. Needs a little bit of makeover. Not on the best shape, but usable.

The location and the morning breakfast staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms need a major upgrade. The shower linked water everywhere. The bed was hard as nails and the pillows were soft as butter. The air conditioner didn’t work. The front door was so close to the bed sometimes you couldn’t go by.

Location very central The mattresses were hard the AC low cool and toilet didn’t work very well. For the cost did not find it a good value.

The hotel should be renovated it is way different from the pictures. Our shower was broken and the toilet is flushing by itself without any reason. The tea bags they put in the room were moldy even the next day new were moldy too!!! It is not like 4 star hotel for this price not worth it The breakfast was fine the view roof top view amazing and the stuff was kind

The rooftop drinks and dining area was lovely. The breakfast was amazing. Check in staff was helpful. The rooms could use an upgrade. Though rooms were more spacious than most European accommodations, it needed fresh paint and softer beds. The beds were likened to dorm mattresses. The flooring was bubbling in many areas, so a nice laminate job would improve the look.

Not recommending this hotel. There was a horrible sewer smell noticeable throughout the property. Initially, they gave us rooms without proper overhead showers, and only after insisting did they move us to different rooms — one of which still had a tiny triangular shower that was nearly impossible to use comfortably. The lobby felt dirty, the rooms were not very clean, and the breakfast quality was poor, with stale food being served. Overall, very disappointing experience and I would not recommend staying here. Smell, facilities, decor and design. Cleanliness.

The restaurant area for breakfast was great The room is uncomfortable. No windows and views. So disappointed because the photos online are much better than the rooms provided to us. The hallways are loud when u walk.

Near to the stores and sites. The breakfast was delectable! The front desk staff were professional courteous, and we were allowed to check in early after landing in Rome with our luggage. The bathroom needs a better cleaning.
