Great location to Rome Termini, easy walk to many things including the coloseum. Shower was a little small and awkward.

Vincenzo was very courteous and helpful Room is a little smaller than what we used to.

Close to Termini, enough space, fairly clean; nice host who met us (an increasing rarity). Not much to write about.

Super close to the train station, which made it easy to get to the airport in the morning. The host was also extremely accommodating and flexible with check in when our train was delayed. This property perfectly met our needs for one night!

It was a great location. It was a short walk from the train station and sights. Shanin was incredible. He met me when I arrived early and allowed me to store my bags. It gets a shout out for the bidget too. It had a lot of air fresheners and I have allergies.

The owner was really nice, explained us everything we needed to know, even showed us what to find where on a map, and gave suggestions for shops and restaurants. The room was clean and spacious enough for a couple of nights. The bed was not too comfortable, and it might warrant a change. The toilet seat was not fitting to the toilet, and some parts of the porcelain were showing and touching with the skin.

Proximity to everything within walking distances. The service and help that our host Shahin gave us was unbelievable since before the trip he was all the time checking on us. Very kind, very nice, very helpful. He took very good care of us sharing main things about Rome. Been close to Roma Termini was great! Rome is an amazing city!! We will come back!

Excellent location, close to multiple attractions and an easy place to make your base of travel. Additionally, Shahin is an absolutely amazing host who is super friendly and very accommodating. Shower stall is a bit cramped, but great water pressure and good hot water.

The host Shahin was unbelievably polite and welcoming. Check in was very smooth and I was warmly received. He kindly allowed us some extra time for check out, which I truly appreciated. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect, just a short 500 meter walk from Roma Termini which was very convenient for our travel plans. Shahin was an excellent communicator and made everything easy from start to finish. Highly recommended! ?

Shahin was very helpful upon my arrival and the room was extremely comfortable and quiet. It was only a short walk from the train station. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect - within walking distance to many attractions, and public transportation. The host was extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful, which made the stay even more special. Honestly, nothing to complain about. Everything exceeded my expectations.

Host was excellent for this air BnB and I saw other people whose hosts did not do such a good job, was easy check-in and great service. Location in central Rome was exceptional value. Great room well equipped, bathroom was very good except the small shower. And my favorite part was the lift, so important! Just that the shower was a minimum size box, too tight.

It’s location, the elevator and AC If the elevator wasn’t shut properly it wouldn’t work. It will be stuck in one floor. And we wouldn’t be able to use it.

The owner was very helpful He took a picture of our passport which made me very nervous . I hope our information is safe. The building very old and dark scary entrance .the rooms clean needed a coffee maker . The room very dark.

Shahim was an excellent host. The room was large, bed was comfortable.

Very near the main train station. Appeared to be very secure & the bed was comfortable. Shock of discovering it wasn’t a hotel but a few rooms in an apartment bldg. Difficulty of finding street number. Dark entry & number of keys required to get in to one’s room.

the room was awful—extremely dirty with poor cleanliness. The bed looked filthy, and the headboard had turned from white to a blackish color. The floor was so dirty that I couldn’t even walk barefoot, and I didn’t want to touch anything in the room. The toilet was in a terrible state, and the hot water was useless, turning cold after just 30 seconds. Definitely not a pleasant stay. The only good thing about this hotel is its location—very close to the terminal and easy to access the airport
