Best staff ever!! Ricardo at the reception facilitated the process of getting a room check in really smoothly after certain miss fortunes we had from another hotel . he was so kind and helpful and immediately did whatever it took to get us situated in a room ASAP.

Hot tub didn’t work properly. Didn’t offer any kind of credit for the second night we had to leave early. A very expensive stay $600 for one night.

A 4 star in Rome is more like a 3 star in USA. Shower was very strange.

Room was tiny Fitness room was very limited Hot tub could have been much hotter Concierge info was poor, except where they might be selling you on something, e.g., how to get to cruise port

Very nice hotel in an excellent location. The rooms are comfortable and spacious enough, the staff friendly and helpful . When I’m back to Rome in the future I’ll definitely return to the hotel

I recently stayed at the Leonardo Boutique Hotel Rome Termini and had a very pleasant experience. The location is excellent—very close to transport services, making it easy to get around the city and explore Rome. The staff were mostly Italian, and although I’m not 100% sure, they spoke English very well, which made communication smooth and comfortable throughout my stay. They were friendly and helpful, adding to the overall positive experience. A great choice for convenience and accessibility when visiting Rome. There were a few areas that could be improved. The bathroom was not 100% clean and showed some signs of wear and tear. The two single beds pushed together tended to separate during the night, which affected comfort. There was also some confusion at the front desk, as staff were not fully aware that the stay had been paid in advance. Additionally, the hot breakfast options could have been warmer.

Cleanliness. There were finger prints and stains everywhere. The bath tube hasn't been cleaned properly unfortunately. I started to disinfect everything around me for my kid to be able to open the shelf door for example.

We had an outstanding stay at this hotel and rated it 10/10. Everything exceeded our expectations — from the warm and professional staff to the comfort and cleanliness of the rooms. The atmosphere was welcoming, and every detail was thoughtfully arranged. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. A special touch that truly stood out was the thoughtful gift given to us at check-out — it was priceless and left a lasting impression. Overall, it was a flawless experience, and we would definitely choose to stay here again. Nothing :)

Love the location, it was modern, but on the quirky side. Check in with Devries and staff was very helpful. There was nowhere to put 2 suitcases and the bathtub, which was in a separate area, was extremely slippery.

I had a huge wrap around balcony that was lovely in the evening, the breakfast was good with lots of options. The one thing I would request at check in, especially for solo female travelers, is that the room number not be said aloud, for safety reasons. Just point and give directions (this ?? is your room number, take the elevator to the floor, etc). Thank you!
